  1. I have 3 mods. One is like new. So none of my Samsung batteries will power on my mods. So I bought a new charger and new set of batteries. They are fully charged and no I didn’t overcharge them. But they won’t power on any my devices. I’m so confused.

  2. I have a  Innokin isub apex tank. Even with a brand new coil, it doesn't want to vape, it has terrible vapor production. And some times it won't vape at all and I can't get a draw off it.  Also it gets really hot. I have an aspire atlantis also.  I hate this tank also. It leaks like crazy and kills my batter.  I use coolfire and joytech cuboid as my devices to vape from. Please what is a good sub ohm tank that doesn't get too hot or leaks. I just orderded a super tank mini by tobeko. I really like the old school tank aspire mv5 and how it vapes. is there a sub ohm tank similar to this?  Do you think the super tank mini by tobeko will work for me?

  3. I assume you mean the IStick 30w? Not sure of the rating on that one but i have the IStick 50w and it lasts me at least 3 days and I vape around 3ml per day at 1.8ohm and 7.5w (3.8v). I would think that is highly irregular since Spinner 2s last me 24-36 hours I would think the 30w IStick would at least last that long.

    Yes Istick eleaf 30.

I would check the warranty and contact where you bought it (hopefully not Ebay or you are most likely out of luck). About any reputable online or B&M shop should exchange it if malfunctioning inside of one week with no damage visible.

Yes got at a vapor shop. I am going take back now if I can only find the receipt.  You can't sell ecig stuff on ebay.

Which Horizon tank are you using, and are you sure it is 2.0 Ohms and not a sub-ohm coil?

Yes I a positive it's a 2.o coil. I even double checked that on a visit to a vapor shop. Not the one I bought. Sounds like I have a defective battery.

  4. I purchased an eleaf 30 about a week ago. I have on it a horizon tank at 2.0 ohms. I'm vaping it around 3.9 volts. After vaping pretty steadily on it for couple hours, it dies. My ego batteries last longer than this. Do you think I have a faulty device or is it something I'm doing wrong?

  5. Here we need to clarify what you mean by batteries. Are you talking about PVs like an eGo 'battery'? The current brouhaha with the shipment of li-Ion batteries is for loose, actual batteries (18650s etc.)

The USPS had a ban on shipping Li-Ions overseas for a a while, they now allow Li-Ions to be shipped as long as they are installed in the appropriate device, ie flashlight etc.

    yes egos

  6. I didn't ask about sneaking and vaping. After 3 years of vaping i know how to do that and at my own risk. This forum turned into you can sneak and vape, that wasn't my question. My main concern is did you put your batteiries in your purse or carry on? Did you have to show the ziploc baggie with e liquid at the security checkpoint. Thankfully I found this link.http://www.electroniccigaretteconsumerreviews.com/tsa-guidelines-for-flying-with-e-cigarettes-e-liquid/

it answered my question. And for the person asked about you cant vape on plane where is the link

    It is on tsa website

  7. Can't vape on a plane? Why not? I take some 100% pg in 24mg nic unflavored and go to the bathroom. Almost no vapor at all and no smell. I have vaped now dozens of times on airplanes at this point. As long as you are under the maximum size for liquids and it fits in the zip loc you are good. Security is used to e-cigs now as far as carrying them on the plane you just have to stealth vape.

Being able to vape in airports and airplanes was one of my motivations to try vaping in the first place.

Of course I plan on vaping in secret. I meant vaping legally, out in the open.

  8. I know you can't vape on a plane. However for those who have traveled recently how about e liquid and batteries? I know the rule about the certain amount of liquid allowed on a plane in a zip lock bag. Can you have the e liqud in your purse in the ziplock bag and present to the TSA agent? I don't plan on checking baggage but doing carry on bag only. Can I have my batteries, clearomizer etc...on my person, in my purse?

  9. Welcome. I've been doing this over 2 years now and the market is always changing. It's so confusing reading all the different things. You will find what works for you and this is a great place to go for help when totally lost. It's great to be away from analogs!

  10. I just purchased my first lavatube. I got a mini chrome vari tube aka as Young June. It came with two 18350 ICR (LiCoO2) 900 mAh 3.7V Li-Ion Batteries. I charged them until the light on the charger turned green. I'm getting maybe 2 hours battery life out of this thing. I thought it was supposed to last most of the day. I'm vaping at 4.0 on 2.7ohms. Is it the batteries themselves? Or did it not charge enough. It was on the charger for around 3 hours? I am vaping with a vivi nova. I'm new to the lavatube world. Any help would help.

  11. You should be able to use the vivi nova on the VAMO with no problems. I live in middle TN. About 1.5 hours southeast of Nashville. :) make sure you get a charger if it doesn't come with one! I didn't look to see if it does or not.

Yes it came with a charger. The vamo was hard to find. If I did find it the supplier would be sold out of the charger. The site I got it from is calling it a lavatube. But a kit for $71.99 plus another $8 off with coupon code, I went for it. I hope it's not a cheap knockoff. They also had the real deal on the vivi nova. The other guy recommended a place to get vamo but I had a feeling it wasn't quite what I wanted and they had no vivi novas.

I've only been in TN for a little over a year now. I met my husband online and moved south. I'm originally from Cincinnati, OH. There is still a whole state I haven't seen yet. I haven't made it to Nashville yet. I am going add you as a friend if that is okay. :)

  12. I purchased my vamo at electronicstix.com they are a US company out of UT. I ordered on 12/20 and it was in my hands on 12/24. I'm in TN and think that was a great shipping especially how close it was to Christmas. The Legacy is a pure mechanical mod from puresmoker.com they are a TN based company and I really like my legacy. The downfall is no power regulation so whatever the battery is pushing is what I get which isn't bad as long it's accompanied with a LR atty or clearo or carto. Hope that helps. I know a lot of others have experience with many other big battery devices such as the Silver Bullet by altsmoke.com and the Saber Touch by vapermoon.com. There are a vast number of options out there. Just check around I'm sure you'll find something to your liking! Good luck again.

Bummer electronicstix is sold out of vamo

Thanks for all the information going go check them out know. I'm in Tennessee as well. I am north of Knoxville in Hunstville which is Big South Fork region.

  14. I use big battery devices (18650's). I work in a factory on nights. I work 12.5 hour shifts. If I use my lavatube or vamo one battery will last a shift. If I use my kicked Legacy it takes two. The batteries I use are 2250 mah flat tops (i think are trustfire but not 100% sure) as well as 2000mah AW IMR's.

This sounds like the way to go for me. Ok where to get a vamo one at? I know about lavatube but I can't get vocano's site up here at home. Grrrr And where do you get the Legacy? I want check out all three before I make a purchase. I assume their starter kits come with a charger?

And I don't like to drip. and will pass on the atty. I will try the viva clearomizer.

And I wouldn't even bum an analog, I'm way past that. I'd rather go without than go back to smoking.

  15. I like the eGo-C Twists...I've owned a couple of 'em, and a Vision 1300 mAh Spinner. There are, however, a couple of drawbacks when you compare

First of all, I don't like being unable to use my PV when it's charging. That means I need to have a pass-through device, which eliminates both the Twist and the Spinner right off the bat. I also prefer not removing my carto/atty/tank when it's time to charge. That's especially troublesome when my Twist/Spinner battery dies just as I've filled my drip-shielded atty to it overflow capacity...messy. With a pass-through, when I lose all charge, I can just plug it in on the bottom and keep on vaping.

I can't plug in at work because I'm working in a government facility and not at the computer enough to justify buying a passthru.

  16. The Stardusts are not bad but leak a little.A better choice would be a Vivi Nova or Vivi 2.0 Mini Nova, great vapor and flavor, low cost replacement elements, choice of resistance and a very reasonable price.Unplug the car charger when you are not using it especially when starting the motor.Big voltage swings seem to mess them up.Might be better getting a second battery and just charge them when you get home.

Thanks for the info. I rotate 4 batteries at one time. As I said I'm a heavy vapor. LOL

  17. I've been vaping well over 2 years now. I really like ego batteries. But here is my problem. I am going through clearomizers like there is no tomorrow and spending a fortune. I also tend to have replace a USB recharger every couple months.

I want to try something different.

I have an ego twist which I like a lot. I also have an Ego tank system which I don't like. It clogs easy and I don't get enough vapor. I was considering an Ego C. Is this better than the tank system.

I want something that is going produce a lot of vapor and decent throat hit. So should I switch to an Ego C? Or should I try a different brand of clearomizers (aka stardust) I'm tried multiple brands. And how about that usb charger having be replaced so much is that normal? Someone told me it's charging in the car that kills it.

    I am a heavy vapor.

    Thanks

  18. I'm in a bind and all my clearomizers are dead. So before heading out research online where to buy electronic cigarette stuff in Knoxville, TN.

I am directed to a cigar shop at the mall. First place I see in the mall is a kiosk. I asked how much for a clearomizer and she says 9.99 and claims it's Vision. I say first of all that is too much Secondly, it's not Vision.. I get them all day long online for $4.99-5.99. She says ok I will give it to you for 6.99. I did it because I was in a pinch and I figured with shipping that's what it would equal to. She claims it will lasts a long time. I tell her no it won't they can last from a day or to a month. It just depends on how lucky you get. It's a disposable part. She wanted to argue different. I let her talk her s*#t and moved on. Than I ask how much for a 30ml bottle of e-liquid. She says 24.99. I say that is too much. You can get it online $7-$12. She claims it's premium it allows you clearomizer to last longer. Huh!

Than I find the cigar shop. They wanted 18.99 for rebuilder clearomizer. She says because you can rebuild it. I say you are nuts, you can get it for 6 or 7 bucks. And they wanted 29.99 for 30 ml E liquid.

I feel sorry for those that don't know any better and can come online to better merchandise and prices.

  19. Where is my TVR order? I ordered it last saturday and it shows shipped on Wednesday. They said they shipped by USPS but didn't provide a tracking number. It is coming from Michigan, and I am in Tennessee. It should have been in todays mail but wasn't. I can't log into TVRs

website, won't log me in connecting with facebook. I was hoping to find a tracking number. I'm so frustrated. My new vision clearomizer I just got in mail 2 days ago has died and I'm frustrated.

I wish I understood what the chart meant. So what would be best for an ego battery 650mah?
