  1. I have had my eye on the Siler Bullet for awhile now. I have seen a couple videos of people using these as 6v devices. Does anyone have any experience with this? I think Altsmoke does not recommend doing this but I am curious. Anyone know where else to get a Silver Bullet besides Altsmoke? They always seem to be out of stock. If you do use this as 6v, what are the batteries that you use? Thanks all, I appreciate it.
  2. I am using cartomizers with it. I also drip time to time.
  3. I recieved my Jaye 510 from Vapor Talk Store on Saturday. I was so excited! It took a little while to get the hang of it to make it work at its optimum, but now I got it down pat and I am loving it. Except for the battery life. I have seen people talk about it not being very good and I always said to myself that its probably not too bad. Wow. These die quickly. I am not a huge user and they still don't last long. But I still love the unit. Today, I recieved my Blu ecig kit. Yeah, I know, I know, not Blu. Well I got really excited about e-cigs wanting to use them to aid in getting off the cancer sticks and 1 nights research brought me to the Blu. Too bad I kept doing research in the days afterwards and saw that I made a mistake. One of the biggest attributes I need from an e-cig is the throat hit. That is what has kept me coming back to analogs after quitting, not necessarily the nicotine factor (that still does play some part obviously). Darn it! This Blu is like sucking through a straw. I get some vapor but zero throat hit. That is not going to work for me. I like the look of the Blu and the recharging pack but those are just icing on a cake that is not even baked. I don't know if this is due to the highest carts they have are only 16mg or what. I removed the foil before putting the cart on the atomizer to keep that from being the issue. Looks like this baby is going straight back! Does anyone here have any experience with the Vapor4Life's Vapor King? Is it good? Is it comparable to something else you have tried? Thanks for the help.
  4. Thanks FTJoe! Those sites, especially the 2nd one has a ton of useful info.
  5. I don't know how to copy part of your post here like I see in so many other posts, but when you say that it can "refer to the unit itself or either the battery or atomizer", does that mean the higher the number the larger a particular part such as battery or atomizer?
  6. Could someone please just fill me in a little on what all of the numbers mean for models? Does it pertain to the battery size, atomizer size, both or something completely different? I am a e-cig sponge. I need info. Thank you very much.
  7. Thank you jeffb, kitsune, and benjamin1990 for the quick replies. Extremely helpful. I can't believe in the short time I have been on VT how friendly everyone is. That is awesome. I have been a member on BeerAdvocate for about 2 years and I usually need to double up on the Prozac before I get on there. Just so many rude people for the sake of being rude. Thanks again!
  8. My level of noobism is off the charts. I have been researching e-cigs like crazy for a week and recently purchased a Joye 510 from these fine folks at the Vapor Talk Store. It will be arriving later this week and I am having a hard time controlling the excitement. For me this is another opportunity to get off of the cancer sticks for good. Now for my Joye 510 questions. How versatile is this model? What I mean by this is that it is a three piece obviously with its own atomizer. Can the atomizer be removed and replaced with empty cartomizers compatible with a 510. I bought 5 empty cartomizers from the Vapor Talk Store and in the description for them it said they were compatible with this model. I just wanted to make sure. It would be nice to have the option of using the atomizer and dripping and in other instances using my own e-juice filled cartomizer. Thank you for your help to the first of what is sure to be many questions.
