Yeah. Pretty nice guy there. They are located inside Black Kat (spelling?) tattoos Falloutvapor.net is their website. All his stuff is a 50/50 mix, and he'll custom mix for you if you want. My favorites are Broken Arrow (pomegranate and blueberry) and Radioactive Isotope (only if you like licorice though).
