Will a juice that is a 100% VG work in a tank like the iclear 30B?

At the moment I have a Aspire Vivi Nova, Aspire Mini Vivi Nova, Aspire Maxi and a Kanger Protank 2 MIni. I'm looking to move on to a better set up. I've been checking out the Cool Fire II and the EHPro Private V2 for my next purchase but I'm not sure if these would be the way to go. I was hoping you guys and gals could give me some input as to what I should look at for my next device.
