  1. Kudos for deciding to make the switch - you've just begun an exciting journey! Let us know what is or isn't working for you and you'll receive plenty of sound advice moving forward. Always keep in mind that if you discover an aspect to vaping that isn't working for you there is always a fix for it. Vaping is much more customizable than traditional tobacco ever was.

She stole that whole paragraph from me! jk. She hit it pretty much dead-on. Don't feel weird asking questions on here. These guys/gals on here have massive hearts and love everyone the same. So post away!

  2. I started vaping a year and a half ago, with 18mg of nicotine. Over the past year I have weened myself down to 6mg. The throat hit definitely has lost its luster, but my goal was to get off nicotine in general. Hang in there it will get better.

  3. Wow, the price keeps throwing me off a bit, but I think I need to break down and try this stuff out. Especially Menthol Ice, as I am a huge menthol fan. Smooth 8 also sounds nice, but I'm just not sure.

And really, $24.99 for 30 ML isn't terrible. And it is obvious that it's high quality stuff. Nonetheless, I think they'd benefit from offering smaller sizes as well as the 30 ML.

    Hmmmm... :shiftyninja:

FYI, vaporjunction.com has halo 15ml bottles for $15 if you don't want to buy the 30ml of it. Ill be doing a smooth 8 review shortly, so stay tuned. Good job Ben!

  4. you forgot me i need some bobbas bounty and some marly!

lol RooR! I wish you were there, otherwise you would have gotten some. After every review I do, I will be doing this contest. Just to generate some posts. So keep a look out for it. I just think I will limit the juice to one person this time. And I'll make sure that "four Loko's" is not in my system. :dribble:

  5. Just to inform the rest of the community, I had a spur of the moment contest in tinychat. The contest consisted of the members in tinychat. They had to go watch my latest review on .com Torque 56. And whoever posts the best comment, will win free juice from me. Well low and behold, I had one too many drinks and decided to give every member that posted some juice. There was a bonus question, and that question was to tell me what band I had playing in my review, and Ben nailed it before I was done talking.

So here is the list of members and what they won. The only person that I didnt recieve a PM from was Ouster. So please PM your addy.

    JagSol - Better Butter Rum

    Joe2003 - Boba's Bounty

    Steve - Smore's

    Sarge - Havana Gold

    VapeStreamLady - Marly

Benjamin - Carmel Kicker, and Irish Cream

    Hodgehound - Boba'a Bounty

    Ouster - Carmel Apple

  6. I hope it's ok I sent a PM to tell you where in PA I am from. Thank you for the welcome and for the information. I have yet to find anyone saying anything negative about vaping (aside from the FDA which is clearly bias), and I was bound and determined to find something bad when my friend first showed me hers and wanted us to try it. So even if they do turn out to be "bad" for me even in the least, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that I know they are healthier than analogs. I am not totally off the analogs yet, but I went from almost a pack a day to 2 or 3 a day, a little more if I'm out drinking with friends, LOL. My husband picked his up a month ago and never looked back. I'll get there and I'll be super knowledgeable too!

Awesome! We are here for you, and have our total support. The goal is to get rid of the analogs, and have your lungs come back to life.

Good luck saying goodbye to them. It wasn't hard at all for me to leave them behind. I just vaped more when I needed the nicotine crave.

  7. I can be a bit neurotic (understatement) about certain things, and I have a habit of researching things to death. While researching e-cigs, I keep coming across warnings that you should wash your skin immediately if any e-liquid gets on it. I personally know people who do not jump up to wash their hands everytime they get e-liquid on them. I certainly don't have time to do that, especially at work. Clearly none of us have keeled over from it. My question is, does anyone have any idea at what point and how much does it take to actually make someone sick or become life-threatening? I'm assuming it would take alot, since I haven't read or heard of anyone dying from spilling e-liquid on themselves. I've read that 60 mg of nicotine can kill an adult, but I have no idea how much 60 mg actually is. I use an 18 mg juice. So anyway, that's my question if anyone has any insight, I'm just curious about it.

First off, welcome to the forums. As far as getting it on your skin, I pretty much daily get it all over my fingers. I have never had any side effects from this. But I did spill 54mg or pure nicotine on my hands, and got light headed for a hour or so, till it wore off. I vape 18mg also, and if I vape HEAVILY throughout the day, I tend to get a buzz feeling. I could care less about cigarettes anymore! My wife thinks that vaping is horrible bad for me, but I don't care. No more ciggies for me.

PS: were from PA are you from?

  8. holly crap storm you may have given me the courage to try to fix my dad's VP2

Sorry, about the spelling, I was on my blackberry. It wasn't that difficult to take apart. I used gardeners gloves with the rubber coating on the outside. Then channel locked it and twisted, and waaalaaa! Just remember, if you take it apart, it will void the warranty/protection.

After taking it apart, I have seen that Jeso really has a quality niche for this. Good Job Vaprlife!
