  1. I know I've had a difficult time finding a local shop that carries good E Cig's and Vape Juice! Well I found this place and they have everything you need to vape! In a pinch, visit this store. Daily he is getting new products and I just went in there and told him to order Vapor Talk's e juice and EGO T and Tanks! He has some great juices right now but in a few days he will have it all! I don't know about you but I have broken mine and frantically searched for a place to buy anything decent! Smoker Friendly 7135 Amador Plaza Rd.   3. Yes, I said stupidly I gave him another chance because it's the only juice i've found that i really do love & I've tried everything, and he finally sent the last one after I posted on here so I am hoping he will send it but I've learned my lesson....dumb to trust a second time I guess
  4. Hello everyone, Below is what I read on the dietsmokes website regarding my order I placed on July 8!!!!!!! It is now the 14th and it still reads Awaiting Fulfillment??? WTF is wrong with this guy Parker??? The one below that one said Awaiting Fulfillment for over a month and finally he send it to me so since I"ve been ordering from him for over a year and he finally sent it I stupidly decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. I've emailed him again & again and he NEVER responds so I am assuming he just doesn't give a crap!!! He did this to some of my friends too and now i feel I need to let you guys know that although he has the best juice, he just isn't trustworthy and he will rip you off! Sucks because I love the Carmel Machiatto and although Vapor Talk store sells some i actually like alot too, my fav is from Dietsmokes. Why is this guy so dumb to lose loyal customers like this??? I am completely out of juice and had to order from vapor talk but still have to wait not to mention I don't have the money to spend this much in a month when vendor's out there just take your fn money and don't bother to send what you paid for!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM PARKER AT DIETSMOKES, HE WON'T EVER RESPOND TO SIMPLY GIVE A REASON FOR THE DELAY OR ANY EXPLANATION AT ALL, YOU JUST WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   5. I will contact BBB also and I will continue to write reviews and enter forums to tell people about DIETSMOKES & PARKER because they cannot just keep getting away with this!!! And what is infuriating is exactly what you stated, that they have no way to contact them and obviously for this very reason. I just don't get why they would do it to customers that are loyal!! I literally stopped buying from anyone else and now I am on the hunt again to find the Carmel Machiato that they have that I just love. So if anyone knows of a good high quality juice that is in the carmel family, I will be forever grateful!!!
  6. Hello forum vaping friends, I have to continue to post this complaint about Parker at Dietsmokes.com because he has ripped off me twice now and my best friend I referred to him!!! So mad he gets away with taking her $107 and my $58 x two and hasn't sent our product or returned our money!?!? Wtf?!?!!?! Why?? He once resounded and said sorry & he would send the next day and that was over three weeks ago and nothing, not a word either!!! My order has said awaiting fulfillment for going on the third week. I'm writing on this forum cuz my friend cannot afford to spend over a hundred dollars and end up with nothing. She quit smoking to save money & worse I referred her and tons of people to her!!! I just don't want businesses online to be able to get away with this & that's why I love that we have this forum.
  7. I really appreciate all those that have responded to my topic about DIETSMOKES.COM & the owner PARKER because I just think it's so unfair he does this to people!!! Btw, I still haven't even heard a word from him about the $58 he stole from nor have I ever received the juice. And my best friend hasn't either and we told him she has four kids and works hard for her money. We told him that and he said he'd send it the next day and nothing. Let's all stick together against these guys that seem to be able to get away with it cuz it's online and we can't really do anything about it. Thanks!!!!
  8. I have to share what has happened with my dealings with dietsmokes.com and the owner, Parker. First of all let me say that I have been ordering from this place for over a year and a half and it's not the first time he has ripped me off. And also I have referred tons of friends to him and he just last month ripped off my good friend and has still not returned her money or sent her stuff. She sent $107. and he sent her two bottles of juice and not her EGO. He replied to one email and said he was going to send it right away but didn't and it's been over a month!! Then two weeks ago I placed an order of $58 and on the website it says awaiting fulfillment and has said it the whole time. He has the money and won't send the order. Last year he did the same thing, he promised to send me an extra juice because of a mix up and never did. I didn't order from him for a while but like his juice and started to again. SO now he has almost $175 between my friend & I and has not sent either order or returned the money. All I have to say now is don't refer people to him and watch out if you order from Parker, it may not happen at first but believe me I am a fantastic customer and have sent tons of people to him and he did this to me. So I will warn all my friends and Parker, there are too many places that sell great juice and are honest! Now return our money!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. A friend gave me a great idea!!! She asked me if I paid with my return with my ATM card and I DID!!! I just found the transaction, woo hoo!!! And at first I couldn't figure out why it was so much because i only sent the VP and another little package somewhere else, but then I remembered that I got $10. back in cash and I remember being surprised that the post office asked if I wanted cash back? I've never been asked that at the post office. Well I FOUND the item number of the transaction so tmoro I will go to the post office with my date, transaction number and my ATM card and the amount and I'm sure they will locate the tracking number with all that!!! I am feeling very positive about it! Please keep your fingers crossed that I can prove I sent them the VP1 back. Gosh all this drama, I just want them to know I wasn't all the things they said. Thinking it over for a few days I think I would have handled it differently but I was so friggin pissed that they said they didn't get it and also how they reacted towards me. I guess I was a bit harsh myself...
  11. I understand that they don't have the luxury of sending their products out like that. I know that, what I'm saying is, what if it was you and you knew for sure you sent it back and they said you didn't? I know I did, and so I feel like they could at least have fixed it, not just write me off like they have. I don't think anyone would have pushed the issue if they didn't send it back, i wouldn't of. I would be too guilty. But instead of just helping me fix the one I have, they are now calling me all kinds of things and never want to hear from me again? Come on, as a business they didn't need to let it get this far. I just want a working VP! I think if anyone put themselves in my shoes, they would feel the same. I don't know, I don't have tons of money to just go buy another hundred dollar e-cig, thats all. And I know me but I guess they don't. I get that.

  13. Chris, I wish to God that I had the receipt or that I insured the package. I just didn't think about it. Dumb on my part. Like I said to them, for them to treat me so badly when they could of allowed me to mail this one back and repaired it at least. I said I would pay for shipping. I just know that I wouldn't of been so adamant if I was a liar and just wanted a new one and wanted to keep the old one. Why would I put myself through this? I wouldn't. And it just makes me mad that they both broke and I spent so much and now I have nothing. Maybe I could explain what its doing-When I have the battery in it, it lights up. But only when the atomizer isn't attached? Also the springs on the bottom get extremely hot? When I look inside the barrel, for some reason it looks like something is missing where the top of the battery hits it? Its flat with nothing attached? Can you look inside yours and tell me if there is supposed to be anything inside at the top except a gold color round flat thing? and on the gold thing, it looks like there is glue on it? Thanks for being understanding about this whole thing, I am really just upset about the whole thing. And I can't believe what they wrote about me on here. Wow. It was so mean. I don't think i am trying to be mean, just want my say. And we never hardly get to say when businesses treat us however they want. Thanks.
  14. To come onto this site and say that I have bad character is very irresponsible business practice. I have every right just like every person on this forum to express myself when I feel a company has treated me wrongly. I also just expressed my feelings about you and Vaprlife.com, I know I sent back that unit and I know I have good character so it doesn't matter to me what you say about me. None at all. I didn't keep the receipt, my bad but I still think if you had good customer service you would at least give me the benefit of the doubt and repair your VP, I said I would pay shipping. And to treat me like you have for any reason is unforgivable. I don't think you understand what forum's are for, they are for exactly what I have done here. I want to warn people about you because there are tons of ways you could have handled me other than the way you have. I have never been treated so badly and my emails reflect someone who is frustrated and shocked that I was being handled the way you have. I had no idea you didn't have the returned VP, if that is true. I find it difficult to believe because of how abruptly the emails ceased after I returned it. That is suspicious to me, Mary sent me an email every other day until I shipped the product back and then nothing?? Hmmm... sounds fishy. Goodbye and good luck. And don't ask me not to express myself when I have every right to do so. I wish I would have found that receipt so I could "prove" I sent it back.
  15. Chris, Don't worry, I won't say it in every post. But what passthrough are you talking about on Dietsmokes? For your new Spade? I no longer have a VP, as you know cuz Vaprlife.com Sucks! Ha ha just kiddin. So I need to buy a new e-cig. You first recommended the VP's to me and I know why, they vape very well. Is the Spade like them? Also, are they still on back-order? Thanks and btw Congrats on the noobie in your family. You guys do a great job on here. I respect and appreciate how you won't allow inappropriate stuff on here too. And the name is Tracie, thanks~!
  16. I swear I have searched everywhere looking for an e-cig that will give me the strong throat hit I am looking for. I currently have had the VP1&2 (break easy), Janty stick , 510, 801, smoke 51, penstyle, and the screwdriver (SUCKS), and I have yet to find one that is strong enough. SO am I just super addicted or what? I get the hit I am satisfied with only when I use two at the same time. Like the Janty stick and VP1 I will hold both to my mouth and inhale. Then and only then is it perfect. But its embarrassing to do that and I really look like a junky. So I am still in search of my dream e-cig! Anyone else have this problem? I hope i'm not alone. I also was wondering about the Spade from here? Has anyone tried it? I also was wondering if it is possible to even find my perfect love...the one that I will want forever. Ha ha, I'm kinda joking but serious about this too. I love vaping, I think it is the best thing to ever happen to me, but I'm tired of smoking ones that require so much work and they don't do it for me anyway! (Watch out for Vaprlife.com, they really screwed me today and their expensive cigs break super easy)

Okay, I would like to begin this post with an explanation of my experience with the Vaprlife thus far: I first heard about the VP's on this website and I heard great things...but my experience would turn out much more different than great. I first ordered a VP2 and they sent me a VP1, after doing research I came to the conclusion this was fine. Well the VP1 broke and it wasn't from anything that i could identify. So I emailed customer service and they sent me a new one, right away I will say. And they sent it before I even sent the broken one back. I thought that was great. It took me a couple weeks cuz I went out of town but I sent the broken one back to them. I kept in contact with Mary in customer service, she was very nice but emailed me often asking about when I was going to send the unit back. Well after I sent it I heard nothing from them and I thought nothing of it. Yesterday my brand new VP2 just out of nowhere stops working! I emailed them as before but this time they indicated that they wanted me to send mine back and they would try to fix it and then would send it back. I don't know if I made them mad or what but I said I didn't want a fixed one, that I wanted one that was new and perfect like I bought in the first place. I knew I did nothing that would make it break so I was concerned that if they fixed it, it would just happen again. And I don't know about you guys but I depend on my e-cig and go nowhere without it! So I was already frustrated but when they emailed me the next time I about went thru the f-ing roof!! They said they never received my returned unit and so they would not be able to help me in anyway. Goodbye. I flipped, I didn't even think about it when I took it to the post office cuz they were so good in trusting me to send it back in the first place, so of course I didn't even save the slip that the post office gave me!! I always save that kind of stuff! I called the post office and they said without that they could never track it..OMG, I felt so angry and violated cuz I know for sure I sent it back. I couldn't imagine someone not, after being trusted enough when they sent it in the first place! And after emailing them all day telling them I for sure am not going to let this go, I realized I can't do one thing about it. I'm just out over a hundred bucks and they won't even repair it now. I am mad in the first place that these expensive things keep breaking but then they tell me I'm a thief and a liar!!! I am sorry this is so long but I had to tell my story out of sheer frustration. How do I prove I sent it? I can't. I pleaded with them with logical questions like, why would I email them and ask them to send me a new one if I never sent the other one back? I wouldn't feel so mad if I was guilty. I have kids and I work hard to be a good person so for them to say that I am lying and then not give me the benefit of the doubt and at least repair it? Now I just have a 2 month old VP2 that doesn't work and i am just SOL? I really recommended them to family and friends and spoke really highly of this company and this is what it has come to? Watch out for these VP's because they break so easily and their customer service is less than desirable. I thought us vapor's are supposed to stick together? Seriously, since vaping I have just felt like everyone just wants to help eachother out. I understand if they now can't send me a brand new one but they won't even fix it now? What kind of crap is that? I actually started crying I felt badly treated. FInally the owner sent me a email and said to feel free to do business elsewhere. I felt like he slapped me in the face. I swear I sent that thing back and now I'm just screwed. VAPRLIFE SUCKS~I told them I wasn't going to let this go, I can't. It just feels so wrong how they treated me. In this economy its hard enough and believe me I have spent too much money, I can't just go out and easily buy another hundred dollar cig! But I don't have any that I like now, just the 510 and 801, and the fifty one. They do nothing for me. I need strong throat hit and vapor. If anyone out there knows of another e-cig that is super strong throat hit and vapor production, Please let me know. Thanks so much! And happy holidays! And any ideas on what I can do about this with Vaprlife.com, Id appreciate the advice. So mad.
