i dont think in the description for the battery it ever said they were genuine kanger batteries so i dont think they were misrepresenting them.

evod and egos is a name all vendors use .its usually on the name of a product when they buy them or just a general use of a word to describe the type of battery
i assumed at the price on them that they werent but they still work fantastic. im sure if you have any problem with them he will back up what he sells. he is a great stand up vendor and is always there to help. just contact him with any worries.
