Hey everyone Me and my mother want to quit smoking ciggarettes she is a 30yr smoker i am like a 6 year smoker and we want to try to wain our self with e cigs but we have no clue were to start so what are the best brands to buy that are cost effeicient i was told we need something strong so we can acutually feel the smoke in our throats so were do we start what should we get also do ecigs cause cancer. also have any of you guys sucesfully stoped smoking the real thing with ecigs.
