I was wondering how many of us have been taken or their intelligence insulted by a supplier. I for one was dealing with one, that not only blamed the bank for double billing, then sends me a return invoice for half the amount due. This is one reason (family member in federal law enforcement informed me) that ecigs are being scrutinized is due to not only safety issues with vape juice, but business practices as well. Wordup ecig lures you in then does things to blame everyone else but themselves. Not only was i double billed by Jeff, (the bank clearly showed me when and from where it was pushed after they rejected it due to a typo on my part.) i am in default in my account. legal action is being taken. needless to say I am about ready to go back to analogs so i wont have to deal with this. Despite the fact due to my illness im not supposed to, but its better than dealing with the stress of a shady business community. Oh and please if i hear check the forums one more time, cause it was in the forums i discovered these shiesters. Im giving it one more try with a different supplier. Any suggestions? Anyone had a bad experience then found someone that actually is legit? never had a problem till now. BEWARE OF WORDUP ECIG.

Everything i had tried prior to her vape mixes either made my condition worst, or made me go back to the "death sticks".

I called your wife Lisa and told here that both orders had cleared and I was refunding the first one and the second one was on the way.
She said thank you and was very polite (As she has always been) you then call back and start beetling me it's my fault and I am a a hole no other companies you deal with does this. You have called my employee names on every phone call you had Brittany in tears. I am truly sorry you feel the way you do i tried everything to make it right but you just kept telling me to go F my self and my company.
We put our clients first always but when they become abuse I draw the line and that day I did i refunded both your order the same day after you told me to go F my self about 400 times again we put our clients first but will NOT put up with abuse.I wish you and your family great success in your tobbacco free life style and am truly sorry and perplexed as to all this and why you would say such things that are not true or our fault .

I have understood on this forum that Word-up is the place to order. Well, I placed an order on Feb. 5 or 7, don't remember and ordered two eGo red tank attys to go with my red pass through that I ordered. When they arrived, which was a quick delivery mind you, I couldn't wait for I fired up the first atty and was vaping away for about two or three days, then the atty would not work anymore. I said oh well that's the reason I bought two so I changed out the attys and low and behold the second one would not work at all. I e-mail Word-up and told them the problem and I was not really complaining because I really didn't know their policy on the T atomizers. I just wanted them to know. Well, I haven't had a response from them and I sent it last week, so last night I decided to e-mail them again. They happen to be the only vendor I can see that has the red eGo Tank atomizers. I'm really disappointed in their lack of correspondence like I said I wasn't really asking for a replacement because I didn't know their return policy on the attys but I really would have liked a response back. From what I see on the forum I don't know that anyone has had any trouble with them in the past but like I said above I really would have liked an e-mail just to at least tell me they received my e-mail. Thanks for listening.
This in response to my post the other day and I wanted to tell everyone on the forum that Jeffrey at Word Up called (twice, in fact) and he is going to send me two replacement tank attys. So everything is alright in the vaping world for me. Sorry for being so harsh about Word Up in my post to the forum, but it was frustration on my part that caused the post. Since he didn't get any of my e-mails, there must be something wrong with my e-mail system or it could be that I didn't send the e-mails correctly. Any way, I knew from all of you that he was a stand-up guy. Since this was such a mix-up, not on Word Up's side but mine, I will, in the future, think twice about posting something negative about a vendor.

Generic can be a strong word that is misunderstood by the general public.
Thanks for the clarification that Me / WordupEcig.com does not and will not sell fake knockoff items as I know the same high standards are practised at Vapor talk store along with Chris not letting any supplier be registered on this forum who are or may sell fake knockoff or who are lying and calling something that it is not what it really is.
I know of a lot of forums (No Names mentioned) that let people/Suppliers come in and call a known knock off a Joye, Janty or Ruyan. Knot Happening Here!
Me and Chris may have our differences
but we both believe that the customer comes first and if you (The customer) are purchasing a knock off you should be told this is a knock off so you can then make your own decision. When purchasing your product always review the site you are purchasing from and always ask question and if the price is to good to be true it is just that.Thank You

Hello and welcome. If you smoked two packs a day, 8mg jucie should not have made you sick. I smoked 1 1/2 packs a day and now vape 24mg. I'm wondering if maybe you have some type of alergic reaction to it?
FYI - all ecigs are made in China. They are generally pretty cheap, but some suppliers have them rebranded and charge way to much for them. Most starter kits will runs around $50, but an eGo will be around $70-80. The eGo has bigger batteries that last 8+ hours per charge (compared to 1-2 hours on a regular starter kit battery).
Anyhow, I would check into an eGo. Pretty sure Jeffrey at wordupecig.com ships to Canada, but you may want to contact him (phone number is listed on his site, or email him). I'm not sure if he'll ship anything with nicotine or not... isn't there a ban on that in Canada?

As far as using it to quit nicotine, I think it depends on your level of addiction and type. I have a theory that there are is an addiction and a habit that was created from the addiction. I thought I was heavily addicted to nicotine until I tried this, then stepped my nicotine levels from 24 mg/ml to zer at about 2 mg/ml a week (or two). Once I got there the urge to smoke or vape went away. I still do it when drinking but even this weekend went to a bar without it for 6 hours (I can really drink) and didn't have anything with me. As far as quitting smoking haven't had a cigarette in almost a year.
Paypal is not actually an option for the US companies except maybe TotallyWicked and a few others. Most are banned from using PP is my understanding.
At 70 cents a pack, I assume you want to do this for health reasons, I'm guessing it will be more expensive than smoking. Batteries should last a while, at two packs a day you will either need a really decent battery or two (ego), a mod that takes a long lasting battery, or a PCC for charging the smaller cigarette shaped batteries. This should get you an all day experience but it does vary for some.
3-4 drops or so should be a "cigarette". There are many ways to 'store" the juice, regular polyfill carts, blue foam or tea bag replacements, zfm carts (I'm trying these right now), cartomizers, dripping (no cart). I usually drip.
As far as international, I think the store here does it, wordupecig, totallywicked and jantyworld may. There was a thread a long time ago about this, will check on it.

I got the" Marlbro" flavor cartridges in the 901 kit I got. I have smoked Marlboro for more than 25 years and the juice in the kit was in no way close to the flavor of Marlboro! YUK! My tobacco flavor of choice is RY#4....all 3 bottles (all from different sites) tasted almost exactly the same. But, that being said, those are the only 2 flavors I've tried. Kinda scared to try more after the Marlbro thing! A few of my buds love the "flue cured tobacco" flavor.
Just so you know and every one else the liquid that comes prefilled carts in our kits it not Word-ups e liquid.
I think all the kits e liquid comes prefilled from china most likely Dekang do not quote me on that

"Generic" is not a derogatory term. It means " being or having a nonproprietary name" ( ie... Janty, TW Tornado are examples of proprietary names). I think some people may have misinterpreted generic to mean fake. Of course Chris wasn't implying that at all.
You Are 100% Right that is why I wanted to clear the air we had a lot of emails and phone calls of people thinking that Joye eGo is a fake so one customer said if that is not true then please correct the post and tell everyone what I was telling them so that is just what I did and sure did not mean to hurt anyone's feeling , well the first post may have but after I calmed down from the calls then I rewrote it.
But you are correct everyone thinks that generic is fake a bad product it does mean nameless but the majority of the people do not know that I tried for 38 min and they where not going for it and I had to do what I told the customer I would do what is right because we stand with our customer 100%

Jeffrey - I do think you're taking Chris' comment the wrong way. He was trying to save someone some money and suggested wordup for a cheaper alternative to Janty. Nice that he gave you a plug instead of his own store. He's also mentioned on the forum that he plans to sell the Joye eGo soon himself. He wasn't being derogatory. When he said "generic", I simply took it to mean that it's not Janty branded.
I know but I come back from being away and there is like 6 email saying Chris is saying we have generic ego,s lol I know its all good started wrighting before I thought about it
Thats why I rewrote the first version lol Word up just do not want people to take it the wrong way. Like the few that sent us emails did.

Well Janty is a good start as they make the eGo however you can pick up a generic Joye version from a few supplier for a bit cheaper. I think Word Up has them in stock

I would like Clarify that Joye Is Not A Generic eGo In Fact They Make the eGo For Janty And Yes We Carry Both And The Reason We Do is there are a few people out there that have a bad taste in there mouth about JANTY.
Just To Clarify JOYE is NOT a Generic eGo they are the Sole manufacturer of the eGo.
Chris thought you knew that? To say Joye eGo is a generic eGo is like saying the joye 510 is Generic.
The Reason I have seen this is we received a few emails saying that there is mention of Joye being generic!

My sister-in-law had a big staff meeting today at the local Women's Shelter. I gave her two 510 sets (cart, atty, battery) preloaded with some Essence USA mix and 555, the bottle of Essence, a KR808 PCC with an 808 to 510 adapter in it, with a battery plugged in, and a 510 cartomizer in the PCC filled with Jeff's Mix (from WordUpEcig). And also a fist full of about 30 business cards from all the online vendors I've ever ordered from before.
She gave a little presentation to her employees about PVs because they all smoke. They were all very impressed, and took *all* of the business cards away from her

It went very well, and I'm freaking happy about it. Hopefully they'll go home tonight and do their own online reading and work up the courage to buy a starter kit somewhere. It would be fantastic to "save" some folks from smoking analogs. Plus, on a selfish note, I'd like more vapers in my area!

Nice Brandon It feels so good to get someone off tobacco every time I/We take some one from the dangers of tobacco and help them walk over to the vaping side it make us feel so good and after so long you would think it would go away well it does not I feel so good every single time that it is the best high I have ever had. I know some people are like what but you really can get high on life and by helping others make a life changing decision that is going to better there lives and it feels so good to be part of that every time.

I ordered 2 auto batteries for my 510. Put on for charge with usb and they registered full charge....not true....when I tried to vape of course there was no led...no power in battery but yet all chargers usb and wall register them fully charged??? New to ecigs and so far not a happy camper...what the heck is the issue??? Not one...but both.
Hello This Is Jeffrey I think that The USB port you are using does not have enough power to charge them.
I could be wrong but I find that the auto battery when charged on A usb ,if the USB does not have sufficient power they will not charge it will stay green and you will think they are charged.
This will happen with a laptop or older model PC , It is also Possible that you received a couple of bad batteries.

Knight, the 10440 batt may give you 4-5 hours, whereas the eGo batt has been lasting me 12 hours.

P.S. I have been told that the USB charger is not good for the EGO , When I asked Why this is what I was told
The USB charger has a higher power out put there for the battery charges faster and when the EGO battery was built it was built to take 4 to 6 hours to charge there for it will burn out faster in the long run , And also will take about 1 to 2 hours off singal use time, verses using a wall charger Which will get you a steady 13 to 16 hours of singal use and Longer life of the battery for more charges
I have both and will see what happens when i charge one on the USB and one on the 510 wall charger

All of these chargers that come out of China have no UL approval. Has anyone ever heard of one catching on fire? I've been a bit wary about leaving my batt on the charger during the night or while I'm away from the house. Can they be considered perfectly safe?

I can honestly tell you that after about 22 month of buying the chargers and batteries all of it from china that I have left the charger Plugged in for days at a time and i can honestly tell you that I have done that with every one of our kits charger Because before we will put any e-cig on our sit I personally use it for a week or two so the charger stays plugged in.
The worst thing I can say I have had happen is the button on the manual battery button has stay on with out my knowing and burnt out an atomizer
But other than that you should be totally fine (do not plug it in to an extension cord the cord will get hot ) but the wall outlet is fine

Try putting some eliquid right on the atty and also make sure your cart is full
some of the kits come with a fake cart on them just make sure you are full of eliquid the cart should hold anywhere from 8 to 18 drops

Happy Thanksgiving all ! On that note, yesterday we went to the family Thanksgiving at my wifes Uncles house. There were about 30 people there, most of whom we havent seen in years. Naturally, I brought along my 510. After dinner, the "smoking group" got up to go outside, and that was the FIRST time I ever said to myself " Hah ! I dont have to go out to smoke". But, Uncle Mitch has had heart problems, and he quit smoking about a year ago. So I decided NOT to start a panic inside with my e cig, and opted to go out with the analoggers. Ive been a part of that crowd within the family for 29 years, so no one thought twice about me coming towards the circle of billowing clouds of REAL smoke. I whipped out my unit ( I know, cheap shot, but Ive been DIEING to say that ), and it wasnt until my 3rd or 4th vape before my cousin looked over and said "WTF is THAT ?". Well, after about 3 minutes of the usual jokes, I explained to everyone about the e cig. Now, mind you, I live in Floriduh, emphasis on the Duh, and the part I live in is quite rural, banjo music is played at the mall. We get the news here on a daily basis, but only a few of us can actually read so it takes time for EVERONE to be read to. And while there is cable and sattelite available, youre not tallowed to pay for it with an EBT card, so very few have it. Ok, enough of the redneck bashing. So, I put a cart on my 510 that I deemed would be the "community cart" for everyone to try and then be disposed of. I had also brought along my old unreliable Blu e cig, to show people the various models. Let me tell you, these people were friggin AMAZED, like they had just seen fire for the first time. One in particular, Tessie, was blown away and could not ask enough questions. To make a long story short, I spent the rest of the afternoon writing down websites for everyone to research ( of course I included VaporTalk ), so we may have a few of my extended family join us here soon. Of the 5-7 people who seemed really interested, I think Tessie was a definite convert. So, that was my first experience as a Vape recruiter, and I thought Id share it. I felt really good about it, and maybe a few more people will put down the cancer sticks as a result !

I got my ecig a few days ago. The night before I received it and vaped I smoked 6 cigarettes, and I do notice what I'm about to tell you sometimes when I've smoked a bit (I'm a social smoker and it's becoming fairly regular). The night I got the ecig I took a few puffs like 3 hours before bed (16mg fluid). I woke up 2 hours after going to sleep sweating, my heart pounding and dizzy/lightheaded. I laid in bed for a while, couldn't sleep and I took 2 tylenol pms. The tylenol pms did absolutely nothing I laid in bed like that from like 3am til 8am then finally fell asleep for a little bit. The whole next day my heart was pounding. I work at a supermarket so I went to the blood pressure station and ran it a few different times the first time it read 140 for my pulse and a low blood pressure, the second time 115 and the third 96. I stupidly took a few more puffs later on that day and now all day today I've had a pounding heart. Now yesterday I might have become anxious about it but today I feel like I'm pretty calm unless something exciting happens then I like explode with stress. I'd like to add that I've drank caffeine daily since I was 16 or 17 and I'm 21 right now. I'm not really asking for medical advice and I know I should call a doctor but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else before.. could it be something else in the efluid? I wouldn't think it would be the nicotine because I've heard nicotine absorption is slower in ecigs. All I know is 5 minutes after I vape my heart starts pounding, and does so for like a day (longer than nicotine would affect my body)
Yes it Could be PG i know of a few people who when they use PG Liquid they have attacks anxiety so try the VG and you should be OK
