  1. Keenan you are going to be much happier with the 510 and Arno at awesome vaper. I was comparing my 510 with a blu the other day. A guy at work had one, and the 510 is just a better device. I also ordered an 801 from Arno and he is the coolest supplier I have dealt with so far. He forgot to send the adapter you need to charge the manual batteries. I sent him an email about it and he had them in the mail to me that day, plus he threw in an extra battery for my wait. He has patiently and quickly answered all of my emails. Like you I was frustrated because I was not getting the vapor I desired at first. 1. I only drip now. But don't be upset you have to do this every time you go to smoke and you can't overheat the atty. I was a heavy chain smoker. So I usually have 2 of these suckers going. I vape one while the other is cooling. I pound through the juice, but hey its only $10 dollars a week not $50 a carton. 2. I had to learn how to draw from the cigarette again. Christopher demonstrates it really well in his noobie video "How to get the vaper you see on the reviews" (I may have got the title wrong, but it s only 1 of 3 you'll find it) also don't be upset by the sunk costs of your original purchase. Trust me, I paid to much money for the wrong stuff at first and was mad. I think the main reason I was mad was because I went in to this thinking I bought this thing and it was going to last forever. Now I am ok because I am ok with buying a new atty every other time I buy juice, and I love trying out new models. The important thing is to find a vendor that has quality stuff and work to make you happy. awesomevapor will definitly provide you with this.
  2. I have been smoking the Dulcis non-stop for a couple of weeks now. I really like it. I was a little annoyed because I placed a big order the day before the flavors came out. You'll have to let me know how the grape soda is, it was the one flavor I was curious about.
  3. Diggs, I had similiar experiences with my 510 and JC. I will agree that the original smoke flavor was interesting. But I was not impressed with the vappor production. This being my first liquid and my first device, I thought oh well. Then I saw lots of people talking about JC juice and how it was different from others. The next two juices I got were VaporTalk Dulcis, Janty Marlboro, and Liquid x-press "23 flavors". I have to admit that they all have subtle differences in vapor production, but nothing in the over-all difference compared to JC. As soon as I dripped a couple of drops of different juice on the 510, I was like oh..OK. I think if you are comparing the vapor production of one device using JC and another <any of the three I mentioned above> you are comparing apples to oranges. I am stoked to hear your satisfaction with the 801 though because mine is in the mail. Unfortunatley Arno is out of manual batteries right now so I had to get the auto batteries.
  4. I know what you mean. Every time I walk through a walmart or a hardware store I find myself finding ways to adapt other products to fit my growing e-cig arsenal. I like the insulin carrier you bought, it looks like you could carry 2 fully assembled 510's and 2 bottles in your front pocket with that thing.
  5. FTJoe, I was asking the same questions about cases, and Chris gave me this link: http://truesmoker.myshopify.com/products/pro-netted-e-cig-carrying-case It sounds like what your talking about. I was a bit too much gear for me.
  6. I understand. I know I am starting to beat a dead horse. I just got my next shipment from dietsmokes (in the nick of time) So I have 3 Never used atty's that spark. 1 tried and true Atty coated with VT juice and residule batting. 1 flagging atty from the JC juice days (on the list for washing experiments), and 1 atty that arrived in the mail that sparks but not like the others (suspicious). I also have several bottles of VT juice (thanks to the sale), some Liquid Xpress "23 flavors", and a little Janty MLB left. I am going to wreck one of these atomizers and make it personally answer all of my questions. Thanks for the tip on keeping two handy. I was always a smoke two back to back guy and this may help me. I just got another starter kit with the scorpion ring, so at home that will be a nice little multi-flavor chain-vape set-up. FTJoe, I used a tip from Sean that really cuts down on the high tech junky stigma, and nicley replaces a habit we all have. I did the put the 10 ml bottle in the lighter pocket move today, and I instincivley replaced that reflex of going for the lighter with dripping. I also use the flat tip mouthpiece, so I just bite it and pull the 510 off and drip while I'm walking. I have to stop to do the drip, but given time I could see it becoming as easy as lighting a cig.
  7. It's funny I keep attaching my self to other peoples threads, but why spread an issue to a different topic if we can keep it in the same place. I am the same story as FTJoe. quickly tiring of the cart scenario. For awhile I was doing like SteveD1 and topping off and spicing it up with a drop or two on the atty. Then I noticed my precious bottle of VaporTalk and Janty might not last till the next shipment arrives. I also noticed that I was leaving a full cart worth at the bottom of every two that I thought were empty. I also hate the polyfill flavor. I am looking forward to the video because I think I am doing it right, but I am wondering about the finer points. There are videos of guys dripping. They dripp and smoke 2-3 huge plumes, but then what? See I am unsure of after that. I remember from an earlier discussion about this to look for a change in flavor. Now I am thinking there are two reasons for this change because I get them 1. Atty too hot...put it down and wait 2. Atty dry...drip again But I am unsure of which is which. This is where I am afraid I might be going overboard. Or if Im going underboard I'd love to stock it up. 3. can you stock it up? Can you Drip Vape come back ...leave come back and Vape? Are we trying to saturate the coil? Looking forward to the video.
  8. I have one of those. I got the JC Stater Kit Tin with all of the stuff. I personally hated thier juice, but I loved all of thier goodies. I like the syringe and the precision tweezers. But what I was talking about is something that would replace the whole cart thing. it would hold just liquid and drip the juice for you. It would be apart of the atomizer or attached to it and you could refill it.
  9. oh to be able to join in on these discussions will be fun. My plan is to try them all, but I want to make sure that I'm trying the right stuff. Basically, I am on week two with out buying my ritual carton of cigs. Here in Orlando, FL that was running me about $50 bucks a week. So once a month I'm going to treat myself to a new toy. $50 = average starter kit. The only way to know is to meet these things in person, but the advice you guys give is awesome. I wouldn't have gone with Arno at first because his site doesn't stand-out and he doesn't have as many options. BUT...because of sites like yours (I did see your earlier Vegas post Chris, and I can't imagine a worse hell) I found his site, watched his video and am ready to sample his no-nonsense products. No-nosense meaning he has weeded out the crap and has in his opinion only quality 801, 901, and 510 products. So I will get the 801, then I will move on to what everybodies Vaportalking about. That reminds me two things has or why hasn't anyone: 1. liquid holder that drips onto the atomizer directly, instead of fiber cart? Kind of like a cart but it holds liquid and you push a button and it drops a drop on for you. 2. Has anyone written software for the passthroughs?
  10. I am going to go with the starter kit from Arno at awesomvapor.com 1. As I have mentioned in the past I am a sucker for the boxes with cool gadgets and extras and he gives his personal 4 page introduction book. 2. He is doing a deal right now were if you ask him he will swap the auto batteries for manual batteries and add the attachment for the charger. (you do have to pay the extra price, but so does he) 3. You get the sample bottle of juice. 4. Arno seem like someone you want to do business with.
  11. For example the ones Arno sells are called the "classic pen style DSE801" and come in a long tan box with faux wood grain on the inside and a green electronic cigarette manual, whereas the ones from dietsmokes are called the "DSE 801/4072 original classic penstyle" and come in a square black box with a wavy blue line down the side. Do you know the difference? Also, Have you seen the metalic blue in person? Is it cheap looking (painted on/ chips off)? Or, is it quality? It is hard to tell in the pictures, very glamour shots. I see my self having this large collection of black sticks soon, but definitley don't want anything cheap.
  12. Hey guys, Sorry to jump right into your discussion but I am in the exact same place as Diggs. Iam am settling in nicely to my 510. I am dripping at home and carting on the go. I am interested in expanding to a pen-style as well and after reading your discussion here I am leaning towards the DSE801. I think that it size is kind of classy. It reminds me of an oversized cross pen. Does the 801 produces more vapor for longer than the 901? My question is this: Awesomevapor.com and Dietsmokes.com: they look like different brands (they have different boxes anyway). Is there a difference between or do the vendors just make thier own boxes? I am leaning towards Awesomevapor because you guys have had some really nice things to say about him and he is offering a free bottle of juice with his kit. Are all the 801's universal and equal?
  13. No it won't hurt it. I have been treating my smoking everywhere e-cig like a lab rat. It actually vaped like a champ with the JC juice. I poured whole bottles of the stuff directly into that thing. BUt the bigger question was answered when my Vapor talk juice and my Janty juice finally arrived. I want to officially thank everyone who warned me immediatly that I wouldn't like the JC juice because I had something else shipped right away. Both the Vapor Talk Juice and the Janty Juice produce tons more vapor per hit and per cart. In addition to that they taste better. The JC juice, I hesitate to call it juice because now that I have something to compare it to its more of an oily consistancy. when I smell the empty carts it was in I gag a little. I do love all the little gadgets and tins and bottles I got from them though (I'm a sucker for stuff like that).
  14. I recieved my JC sample pack...pretty much what you guys said to expect. Thick and everything kind of tastes the same. Anyways I am nervous about ruining my atomizers because I had heard mention that JC juice can do that, if you drip it. I know they don't last forever (or even more than weeks), but I only have the two right now while I wait for the other back up to arrive. Questions: Do you have to use the empty cart that came with the 510 to drip or can you take the fluval out of a cart and use that? If you have the JC sample pack with the mini droppers is two drops the same two drops that you guys are talking about? When I put two drops on I get like two maybe three good vapes then done. So I figure I need to put more on, but I am afraid to flood before I get a spare in.
  15. Since I'm in the forgiving newbie area I'll keep it going. What is Dulcis?
  16. Thanks Christopher, All of my questions are answered. I eagerly await my Vapor Talk Dulchi. I will have to resign myself to lurking on the forum until I get the rest of my stuff and and have something to contribute. Again thanks for all the advice and keep the videos coming.
  17. Thanks...I have seen that for some, but many do not. But it doesn't matter at this point because I just returned from making my purchase, I don't know why I bother asking for advice if I'm not going to stick around and wait for for it. I ordered The Vapor Talk Dulcis 16 mg and the Janty Marlboro (Medium Strength) Btw The Janty Juice had a ridiculous amount of flavors.
  18. See thats what I'm talkin about! Everybody is on it and ready to help out. I was rushing back here to say maybe I found what I was looking for and to modify my question. I hit the link to the Vapor Talk E Juice and snooped around the dietsmokes.com site That is what I was kind of looking for a place you could buy several different flavors for 6 - 10 dollars each (I will definitly snag a vapor talk dulchi at 6.99). So the modified question is what is dietsmokes? Is it a collection of vendors? With that my original question stands is there a guide somewhere (beyond personal experience) to some of these flavors? Some of the names mean nothing, it's like picking out incense...name wise.
  19. First Let me say thanks to every one here on the forum, everyone has been amazingly patient, fast, and helpful. I only hope that all of my stumbling questions help those that follow behind me. It seems so far I have made some good decisions, some bad decisions, and some silly mistakes. Anyway, I have this awesome 510 set-up with 3 back-up atomizers, 2 manual batteries, a PCC, 5 blank carts, 5 blank whistler carts, and the 5 carts that came with the 510, that I sucked dry, sitting in front of me. The Juice I ordered from JC (the same time I ordered all the other stuff on Tuesday night) won't arrive till this coming Tuesday, today is Saturday. The annoying thing is that all of the other stuff came USPS and, the JC stuff came UPS plus, the shipping was more expensive, go figure. So, while I sit here reading the forums on juice and taking in advice that people have given about the JC juice, I feel I may be waiting for a big dissapointment. I have one good purchase left in me this round and, I intend to make it count. I want to get some juice but, I don't want to get the big bottle of just one flavor, or if I do, I want a better Idea of what Im getting into. So does anyone know of another vendor other than JC that sells a sampler? Whats up with RY4? Like smoke? Caramel? it looks like an interesting all day vaper. Is there a forum thread with a: this flavor actually taste like this list? And finally, is 2 batteries enough for the 510? Should I pick up another spare when I order this immediate shipment of juice...again I have tapped the bank this pay period with the initial investment, especially with my original Smoking Everywhere blunder. BTW just a side note I only say blunder about SE now because of the price and customer service. I have actually grown fond of my little RN4081. I will definitly be ordering replacement parts for it (the $3 - $10 parts). It is very inconspicuos and really does the trick when you need to run out on a break.
  20. Jason Do you do this every time you go to vape? I guess I The question is the same for the guys who strictlty drip. Do you have to do this every time you want to go out and vape?
