I took my wife to a Dr. Appt. today, and I could NOT get the nerve up to vape in the waiting room. But when I went outside, there were a couple of smokers out there, looking at me like I had 3 nipples on my forehead. I really really tried to NOT look like a thug , hoping they would ask me about it. But no, they were too chicken.

Dude, I think either e-cigs or juice IS banned in Canada
Canada is sooooo strict on tobacco control. I was in Toronto in July (when smoking analogs) and you cannot even drink at a bar which has an outdoor patio, and still smoke!!! No, we had to walk out completely out of the club and smoke like 50 feet away. Crazy... Trust me, they will treat e-cigs just like analogs, just because the vapor "looks" like smoke.

Hey guys, i thought i would make a list sharing all the slang terms that evolves around e-cigs.
-Vaper= One who vapes.
-Vapors= E-cigs produce vapors that mimic smoke
-Vaping= Taking a drag of vapors (smoke-like) from an ecig
-Analogs= Traditional Cigarettes
-Atty or Attys= Atomizer
-Batt or Batts= Battery
-Man Batt= manual battery
-PCC= Personal charging case
-Carts= Means cartridges, which can be shipped pre filled or empty. Empty carts need to be filled with E Cigs Liquid.
-Juice, E-Juice, Nicotine Fluid, nicquid, etc.= These fluids come in several flavors with different levels of nicotine.
-Dripping= When you drip E-Liquid directly onto the atomizer without the use of pre-filled cartridges.
-Mesh bridge or Bridge= Coil that collects/heats the liquid
-Throat Hit= How the vapor feels to your throat when inhaled. Various models and liquids produce different throat hits which is important to note as this is key to any heavy smoker.
-Pass-Through or PTC= Many units offer the USB pass-through (PTC) which is a great option for smokers who are often in front of a computer. One of the downsides of a good E-cig is battery life, The upside is a USB pass through unit receives direct power while using the unit. The down side is your "Cigarette" has a cord.
-Pen Style= (aka 801, sometimes called the DSE-801 or DSE801)
-Mini Style= (aka 901, DSE-901, 510, JOYE 510, NJOY PRO, Janty Dura-C, TECC Titan, Yeti 510, KR808D-1, VaporKing, Green Cig, Cigtechs)
-Super Mini= The smallest, usually from 80 to 110cm. closest size to an analog.
-Propylene Glycol or PG= A colorless liquid that forms the majority of the solution in the Electronic Cigarette. The liquid has been extensively tested for safety.
-VG= Vegetable Glycerin, an alternative to PG.
-Topping= Topping off a cartridge with e-juice.
-Filler= The polyester material inside your cartridge that holds e-juice.
-Pooling= Filling your cartridge with juice until it makes a small pool at the top. This usually means your cartridge is full.
-VT= Vapor Talk
-Hot Pants= When your E-cig turns on by accident in your pocket. LOL
-SIA= Sinikal is Awesome

Thats interesting, that you still miss the smell. For 35 years, the smell never really bothered me, which used to tick me off when other people complained about it. But now, my wife still smokes, and the smell drives me nuts. I dont say anything, as Im a former culprit, but I NEVER thought I would be the one complaining about the smell. Its ONE thing that makes me NOT wanna go back to analogs
I still like the smell of smoke from the analogs, but actually trying to smoke one again, is NASTY!!! I have tried smoking when drinking at clubs, etc.. and I cannot even finish my cig. It taste like ****!!! So, that is a good thing

The batts and attys from my (not used anymore) Blu Cigs are interchangeable with my 510. If you don't mind using an auto batt instead of a manual one.

While he chokes down an anolog I start to explain.
Borrom Line: He will be ordering an 801 from one of the venders on this site and his wife loves me.
Will work on my brother when he visits over the holidays.
If we all spread the love, maybe the FDA will Give in to the masses. Until then ???

But I thought I read somewhere that either Phillip Morris or RJ Reynolds was already experimenting with some kind of electronic cigarette back in the 80's? But, it fell through. Could you imagine how big an e-cig would have been back then. Probably using a 2 lb NiCad battery! LOL

I'm in. I also think there would be bets on which one of the drippers will (I pray that u don't) gets into an accident. Watch statistics start comming out on this like with cell phones.

I spend my 12 hour work day in the car, is there a safe way to drip and drive. I've tried all the cart mods known and one I did myself (alcohol prep pad) they all taste burned afer a short time.
Is there a safe way to drip and drive?
I find it odd that sence I've started vaping that I like red lights!!

Yep. I do what Sean does... steering with the knee and dripping, LOL. I really try to wait though until at a stop light, to be on the safer side. But I feel like a freakin druggie when the cars next to me see me dripping liquid into this black tube looking thing (my 510) ha ha ha

Oh, I need to get more of Arno's 36mg Marlboro. It is definitely one of my favs. Right now, vaping on myfreedomsmokes Hilton 48mg. It is quite powerful. Yea, I am really gonna be nicotine free one day if I keep raising the miligrams!!! LOL

I got my VG juice from Liberty Electronic Cigarettes. At first I thought I liked it better than PG, but I was sooo wrong. I do not even use it anymore. It just doesn't have the taste that PG does. But, I guess if you are allergic to PG, then VG is a good option. Oh, E-Liquid Planet also sells VG, but I have never tried it.

I was sooo stressing out about this. I already was sooo upset and disturbed by the Prop 8 ruling last year, and was pretty stressed about this too. I even went as far as ordering extra batteries, atomizers, and e-liquids for fear of this. That senator corbett is really something else. I HATE those "holier than thou" mentality people. Also those who try to use children for justification. The whole thing just makes me sick. Also, she is spreading her legs and taking it from Big Pharma. I also sent out several e-mails to Arnold and others, and I thank those of you who also reached out for support. Now, we need to work hard on the FDA and others...

Its not just the veto, it's the REASON Arnold gave that sends the arrow through Corbetts heart !! She really thought she could pull a "holier than thou" bill off and look like the hero, but Arnold made her look like the zero. Lately, Ive been feeling REALLY disgusted with our politicians and system as a whole, but Arnold has instilled a little faith back into me !

I ordered 2 different PCC's with them when I started vaping, about 2 months ago. I have not rec'd any e-mail from them either. I just use them as backups when I feel like vaping on a super mini.

Well, I work at a hospital (of all places, and in I.T., not clinical) and my boss doesn't mind, but stupid azz co-workers complained that the "2nd hand smoke" (they are pretty stupid) was making them nauseous. The issue was escalated high up over my boss by others to the Safety Manager of the hospital. He thought the e-cig was kinda cool and interesting, but said since it is not FDA approved, then I need to smoke it outside of the building. So many people do not understand what this e-cig is!
