Bofa did this in spite of warning they had the wrong house. Hopefully they pay through the nose...wait, then they'll want more free money from us...

Holy crap, what a bunch of 'wipes. BofA are one of the worst abusers of human dignity in general, and I don't care how much more likely hightened foreclosures makes mistakes like this, any bank that mistakenly drags a human being though something like this should be hurt, publicly and fiscally.

A steady diet of this kind of news would make anyone dour. Even me. (Hard to believe! But true.) I think I'll go read the Onion or something for a while...

Here's when a man needs a shotgun. As soon as those buggers cross the threshold, you own 'em. Bet that woulda got BofA's attention real quick.

It's actually multiple lawsuits waiting to happen for that reason. Place where I picked it up suggested exactly that, the people going in are at serious risk for getting a snootful of shot or worse.

"In the State of Florida (and many other states), if you do this while someone is present in their home, you are presumed to be acting with the intent to do great bodily harm or worse, and the occupant(s) are authorized under the Castle Doctrine to use deadly force to stop you."
