nova duk Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I’ve spent countless hours debating this with myself and fellow vapers. When I first got into vaping, I thought flavor was everything. I’d pick the sweetest, most exotic juice I could find and assume that was the “best.” But after a few weeks, I realized that even the tastiest juice can ruin your experience if it’s harsh on your throat or produces barely any clouds. Smoothness quickly became just as important. I started paying attention to VG/PG ratios and how they worked with my device. Higher VG made the hits so much silkier, and I could vape all day without coughing or feeling irritated. But then came the clouds. Nothing beats seeing a thick, billowing cloud from your setup, and I found that some juices just perform better than others when it comes to vapor production. It became a balancing act—sometimes I’d sacrifice a little flavor for smoother hits or bigger clouds. Now, I usually start with flavor I love, check the VG/PG ratio for smoothness, and then experiment with wattage and airflow to get the clouds I want. It’s not an exact science, but finding the right combination feels like a personal victory every time. So, for all the vapers here—how do you choose your juice? Do you chase flavor first, smoothness, or the clouds? Or do you try to find that perfect balance like I do?
