is the Smok Xcube Mini Box Mod Variable Voltage Mod ?

it is said that Smok Xcube Mini Mod is  the mini version of X CUBE II mod , as we know that the X CUBE II mod is the variable voltage  Mod, well my question is : is the Xcube Mini Mod also the variable voltage  mod ? if not , why the smok team remove this feature out .

Both are variable wattage and variable temp devices. Neither is our ever has been variable voltage.
