44shooter Posted February 23, 2014 Share Posted February 23, 2014 Diluted Ethyl Maltol is considered cotton candy flavor. Perhaps add a very little cherry and you should be close. You can buy EM in crystal form and make your own or just buy cotton candy flavor. I got my last bottle from MBV. Can use as sweetener for almost any recipe.
