although i can only handle 18mg (sometimes 24) these days, i started on menthol 36mg, being a one pack a day newport guy. I had no issues.

From what i've read 30mg+ can be unhealthy/dangerous. I'm not sure how many ml one of your cartidges are but i would try 24mg
