I found this on another forum. It's a survey that Dr. Farsalinos is conducting from participants world wide. I completed the survey it's roughly 5 pages long but it doesn't take long to fill it out. Thought I would share it here so we can get lot's of people from all over the world to fill out the survey and hopefully get some more positive support from the medical field.
