Big concerns are things like - oh, access and such. Like - meeting surfaces - how far from the parking lot? Path to the meeting location - concrete, dirt, grass...? flat land, hills? Etc... I live in NorCal, but I spend half my time in SoCal... work at client sites, and my mom lives in Claremont, my boyfriend's in Yorba Linda - so this shouldn't be too far away... and I love driving.
