Ovale Elips Tank Question

I have a question for other owners of the OVALE elips.

Do you leave the plastic stopper on your tank when you vape or remove it?

When I remove the stopper, the juice leaks out...and is very messy.

Even when I leave the perforated stopper on, I notice the tank doesn't stay in place, when I remove the cone.

I'd love to get this to working right all the time, because it produces a great vape.
