Map Tank = Epic Fail

I've given the map tank everything I've got. The one I purchased from Angry Pirate does nothing but leak my juice and does not work. While I've watched every video there is on youtube to make it work, it's is totally an epic fail of a product. The worst part is, this guy doesn't even have a working email address. I've tried the following with nothing but failed delivery notices:

It's a really sketchy situation.. this is really pissing me off.
