The MAP tank is not an atty There is a Ce2 cartomizer inside and you can replace the cartomizer. You keep the tank and throw away the Ce2 so its not a 30 dollar atty.

OK if it the same as a normal you can insert the needle in the middle like this one My link this is the top My link this is with the top taken off My link this after the intermediate plug is taken out you need to put your needle right in the middle fyi you will hafto peirce the plastic with something sharp and fill away
