  1. I've never been very fond of scotch... I've had it from 30 dollars all the way to 600 dollar bottle (according a rather wealthy eccentric friend of mine) and it was never my cup of tea to be frank. Naturally I put on my best smile and stomached that tumbler he poured me....because at 600 dollar a bottle it would have been insanely rude to turn my nose up to it. I get teased about not liking scotch. Various pokes at my masculinity but meh....I just don't like scotch but I can appreciate the craftmanship that goes into it and the prestige of the brand. I do love my shine though....... Dasfriek may disagree but my favorite fall/winter drink is good ol' illegal applepie hooch

  2. I'm going to agree with both of these. I run a .25 and when it gets warm I chill the hell out. Educating folks about the risks of subohming is encouraged... But fear mongering leads to well, fear...and fear leads to more issues. (And fear leads to the dark side...sorry had to)

I'm always sub-ohming. Most of my builds are in a range from .8 down to .14. My sub .2 builds get hot if you drag them repeatedly and flex the button over and over, as is to be expected, but it gets too warm let alone hot, I put it down. You have to be smart about it. A lot of people (not all mind you) have the common sense when the thing by your face is scorching hot to put it away for a bit. I like clouds, a lot. Its my dumb guilty pleasure. As long as you play it smart and don't chain vape the piss out of a .2 ohm coil, you should be fine.

I have come to the point where I can not stand a non sub ohm build. I love to vape between .20-.25ohm, that's my sweetspot. Every build I test with my multimeter even if its the same build as before. I also lay my mod down when it gets warm. I only vape on vtc 3,4,5,6 but only for about 3 hours and then I stuff a fresh one in. I also pull my topcap of when I drip and look at my coils. Look for hotspots etc. SAFETY IS KEY. AGAIN SAFETY IS KEY

  3. I'm not proud to admit it....but I smoked an analog today...after almost a full month without them my batteries were dead and on charge. I got ticked off about something and broke down. It was the nastiest thing I've tasted in my life and I just feel dirty.

  4. That's awesome..I really wanna get into building these things badly. Careful though. They might try to ban your "deadly black assault vape" :wallbash: All jokes aside though...very nice mod. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

  5. I think nicotine might be a natural laxative. I've had to cut coffee out due to my kidneys...though I cheat sometimes but never fails. When I smooked....I'd have to do my business right after my morning smoke. Now that I vape...my first toot off my rda in the morning cues my poop. So I say tootin' leads to poopin'!

  6. okay, I haven't been doing this long, nor have I been cloud chasing for long. But let's have some common sense about something before we go judging someone.

As long as you know what voltage your battery is putting out and you are using only the safest of batteries(FRESH ONES AT THAT)
and what your resistance is and make sure there are no shorts the likelihood of loosing teeth, and or appendages is slim to none.

This isn't like handing a child dynamite? I have to ask...how much do you really know about battery chemistry and electricity outside of vaping? Like I said above...your chances of a quality fresh battery failing in this way without any shorts are slim! Even then you would suffer massive burns from the battery venting and the temperature of your mod heating up long before the battery in the video catastrophically failed.

Everyone was like "OMG YOUR GETTING AN RDA DONT LOSE YOUR FINGERS DONT LOOSE YOUR HAND BLAHBLAHBLAH" when I decided to get into rebuildables and cloud chasing. it just takes some common sense folks. Does it have it's dangers? Of course it does....anything dealing with a high drain battery pumping out 30+ amps on an extreme sub ohm build has it's dangers. However you can mitigate a lot of your chances of harm or loss of equipment with some common sense and battery safety.

  7. Yeah, I really wish I had gotten a copper mod. But my local shop has an Authentic one, I can't remember the brand but it's copper and has like a ship wheel on it with some other designs for like 130 I was thinking about picking up. Only thing is I use my stainless doge rda mostly and I'm not taking a torch to my doge.

  8. Ah i got you. I'm not really into cloud chasing either. I just like the full, warm hit an rda provides. Plus I like kicking it on the couch and just playing with it fogging the room up. but idk I find the taste better from an RDA. but it's all suggestive to the person.

  9. High PG ratio juices and high Nicotine level juices will sometimes make me cough... especially in the mornings or if I've not had enough water to drink during the day (dry throat to start with). Even my dripper (running 50/50 PG/VG @ 6mg nicotine) will make me cough from time to time, especially if I take a full lung-hit, rather than my usual mouth-to-lung hits, like I do on my tanks.

Analogs have an anesthetic effect... they numb the throat and bronchial tubes, which reduce coughing and the burning effect of all those toxins entering your body (yes, another evil device of big-tobacco to keep you smoking), which is why smoking with a sore-throat always felt so good... and if you think about it... your first analog of the day usually made you cough, but the second, third... twentieth of the day didn't!

Changing to a higher VG content of your juice, drinking more water, and changing to mouth-to-lung draws will reduce your urge to cough (usually).

How the heck do you do a mouth to lung rip on a dripper? lol my Doge has so much airflow I like just can't mouth to lung it just straight lung hauls.

  10. I don't mean to beat a dead horse but they are right...everyone is different...it's been about a month and I see friends smoke and the monkey starts howling so I'll get an analog and iunno...it tastes truly awful and I'll give it back to them. But now that I'm dripping....the analogs just don't have the airflow I like. The little evods just didn't do the trick for me. But once again...everyone is different. The first week or so for me was a bit of a struggle. I would suggest getting your hands on some more potent juice. I'm 21 and I smoked since I was 11 so....I wasn't just smoking months or a couple weeks before I started vaping. The figurative monkey had a full blown gang. Just hang in there and don't give up! You'll thank us and more importantly you'll thank yourself.

  11. Personaly love my stillaire 18650, havent tried the 26650 but i do have the bigger tobh and Im less than impressed with it! I just cant seem to get a build that works for me in there so Ive put it aside for a couple weeks. my building at home time has been taking a back seat to a new game I got haha Iknow I know... im a kid!

Personally going to stick to 18650 rdas just because of that experience PLUS i want to get a new mod or 2... or 3... ugh... i feel your pain with the spending... its rediculous!

And also it was my coils....I changed them to the 24g nanos from 26g micros and man O man...it throws a lot of flavor and clouds

  12. It is the Fury-S by SMOK. And I wound up giving the stillare 26650 to my friend to get my doge back from him. I loaned it to him to get him hooked on drippers and wouldn't turn loose so I bribed him a bit. I wound up forcing a patina on the smaller stillare by super heating it and slapping it in the freezer...gave it a really nice antique look.

  13. okay so I did have a Lemo RTA on my Fury-S mod but my shop had one of the Doge RDAs and I couldn't help myself...I know it's overkill for my first RDA and maybe a waste since I don't plan on doing comps...but I wanted it so...smell my feet!

Also, my first attempt at a dual coil build so don't tease me because of my hokey coils ;-; 0.4 ohms just by the way
