Yip, I believe it will read down to 0.5ohm, but only fire down to 0.8ohm, mine is built to 1.0ohm.

Unless it's exposed to air or a lot of light (sunlight in particular) you shouldn't notice a change. Unless it takes you weeks to vape off 5ml. Just don't leave it out in your car in the sun or anything. A little heat actually brings out the flavor some as long as it's not over about 90 degrees. I keep a nautilus mini in my truck but shielded from sunlight in a black carry case. The warm but not too hot condition actually helps steep the juice quicker and really bring out the flavors.

I leave juice in my car all the time, it's regularly 130+ degrees in there during the summer, and they have been fine

For most that have moved on to mods and rebuilding any ban would be more of an annoyance, but it would deeply effect new comers, and converting people to vaping over smoking.
