Should be fun! I love getting free stuff!!!!! And love sampling new devices and flavors. They will let you try their mod's. They have one of each to sample before you buy it! 1st place I've seen that will let you grab the iTaste 134 and take a vape!!! Love it!mrgreen.gifA sort of Try It Before you Buy It. LOL.

  2. I've been smoking 30 years. Till I was about 25 I could take it or leave it after that it became an addiction. I am down to 1 pack per day. My wife has recently quit (6 weeks). Owe it to her to quit, as I am proud of her and don't want to drag her down.

Now I bought a VTR. I chose this because of the large IMR battery and I have a nice selection of LiIon battery chargers for a flashlight hobby.

Anyway I've talked to folks at work who are using I believe they said mini-pots and they get nice big puffs of smoke/steam.

The problem with this VTR I bought is there is so much adjustment with volts and wattage that I can't for the life of me find a point to get a bellow of smoke/steam.

I am a very fast smoker, I can drag a cigarette in well l under a minute, I pull hard and fast and get back to work.

Any way can anyone give me a starting point and how long you hold the button before taking a toke.

I seem to get either very dry hot steam or bubbles that don't "pull." Just can't find the sweet spot I guess.

The model it itazte VTR, takes 18650 IMR batteries. I have the atomizer it came with.

    Any starting point on:

    1. Voltage

    2 Wattage

3 How long to hold the button before taking a drag

That's a link to a power chart to use as a starting off point. It helped me a ton when I got my MVP2.0. Hope this will help you too!

  3. Drink more water and change up flavors more offten is what has helped me

    Welcome to VT

Totally agree, I have to switch my fav flavor for a week every few months. I normally go to a coffee flavor cause when you go into candle or oil shops thats what they have set out for your sniffer to open your "scent palate" again to smell the full effect of a new scent. I do that for at least 3 days and I can fully get my taste buds enjoying my all day every day vape again. Might work for you too! Works for me. Thats if you even like coffee flavors. Any coffee flavor will do. I use all kinds. But, I do have one flavor that is my constant.

  4. I live in Downtown St. Petersburg FL. I'm so happy to have local tasting lounges now and am so happy to have a place like this to discuss everything involving e-cigs. I was living in Ohio for the first 3 1/2 + years of vaping and buying blindly online and becoming more and more dissatisfied with the products I was receiving. I finally found a analog looking one that I was satisified with but couldn't fully get off "stinkies" until I found an eGo. Stuck with the eGo for a good year and a half plus. I'm on an MVP2.0 these days and rocking my iClear30 rotatable. I know, I know, it wastes tons of juice but the flavor capabilities are amazing. I'm sure my next step will be a dripper but for now I'm totally happy with where I'm at. I started on 36mg and finally have gotten down to 12mg. I am taking my steps rather slow. I'm not sure I would ever want to stop vaping. I love my MVP and all the flavor choices I have with the electronics. The "stinkies" aren't even appealing anymore. They smell horrid and taste even worse. I'm so happy to be fully converted for over 2 1/2 years. Woo Hoo. I'm 4 days old in V.T. and very happy to be here. Hello to all!!! :)

Love Zeus Juice and INNOKIN devices, but you don't have to like what I do. It's just my opinion and everyone has their own.

  5. Welcome. I'm new as of yesterday. LOL. I'm finding so much good information in here. You will be happy you signed up. And people are very helpful on here. I love vapers helping vapers. We give eachother our honest opinion and aren't trying to sell you product. Just sharing what we love and what worked for us. Congrats on the year. That's no easy feat. Keep it up! Vape on! :detective:

  6. Well he's doing 50/50, and its bugging his throat,

He could also have an allergy to either the PG or VG. Which I've read isn't very common but you will always be affected when not using 100% of the kind your not allergic too. Have him try someone's device that has a 100% VG juice and see if that horrible throat thing stops. If that still affects him then he needs the 100% PG. Just an idea. I've heard this on a few different forums and on Vapers.tv Hope this is what it is so its an easy fix for him so he can get off those analogs

  7. I talked a friend into trying ecigs.. he went & got an ego battery non variable, looks like a mini vivi nova, found him cherry tobacco juice.

Was doing great for two mos but has backed way off as its hitting his throat to hard "burning" told him drink water, he doesn't drink anything but coffee

Im wondering if I can change coil on his tank, talk him into a vv something to keep him going.

He went in to get a vv but they told him his was fine he just needed a backup battery and lower nic level,

    grr!

Now he's back on pall malls only vaping in the house when his wife's around.

    Thoughts, ideas please!

I actually went thru years of purchases. From the cartridge analog looking basic e-cig. Which worked for about 2 months before I was doing both. Then went to an eGo style which worked for about 6-8months. Then back to both. Once I found the MVP there was no looking back. Find a flavor he loves and good MOD where the vapor production is better. The eGo wasn't enough for me or many of my friends. I needed the MVP style/SiD/iTastVV. There are a ton of different kinds with this same vapor production. It doesn't have to be an MVP. Just that kinda style. Just my opinion and what worked for me and my friends.
