  1. Thanks for your feedback Ghost, I've never vaped nor do I know of anyone who vapes so this community is very valuable to me, and I'm sure other newbies. I have spend the past month watching reviews on YouTube from people like Grimmgreen, Pbasardo, Dr. Vapor etc. and they along with forums like this, and the whole vaping community have provided an immense amount of information that has allowed those of us that are new to vaping to make better informed buying decisions, and avoid the mistakes of previous newbies.

I have heard recently that they are a lot of knock-off’s out there and to purchase genuine products like the Joye Ego Twist, do you know if Vaporcigzz.com sells genuine Joye Ego products?

Also can you recommend any vapor-juice please?

On the note of Knock-Offs I can't speak for that website itself since I haven't used it, but a positive note is that they are not listed as selling copycat/fake batteries from Joyetech's own list. [ HERE ] Most of my juices are bought locally but if I was to recommend a just general flavor I usually enjoy French Vanilla, a version of Bobas Bounty, and usually something sweet like Chocolate as my usual grabs.

  2. Welcome to the community, glad to hear you are exploring more options. There are tons out there, and lots of posts here to show you the ins and outs of each, plus the good, better, and best setups some of the members have used. Anyway, Happy Vaping! See you around the forum.

  3. Hello and welcome. Variable Voltage ego/Vision Spinner (same connection) and anything with a replacable head like a vivi nova or a kanger. Until you find yer favorite flavors you may even want some empty cheap cartos on hand as well. I hate cartos but they served their purpose when I wanted a change-up from whatever was in my tank. When I'm at home I like direct dripping.

This^ A great suggestion as a starting point

My two cents to add to this would be along the same lines pretty much. Some cartos to find your flavor, and once you do perhaps a carto tank to have a heafty bit of your flavor on hand and no need to continiously drip. If not a tank a Clearomizer would be nice to have too; it's where I started out.

Welcome to the forum, and Happy Vaping! Hope we can help you on your journey!

  4. What a great starter kit! Tons better than where I started out, and I do happen to have an Ego Twist, and for lower resistance; for example a lower ohm head on that Kanger Pro tank, it works very well! Only hiccup I've run into is when using a certain dual coil cartomizer and it caps out, but I just like to run a high voltage vape... all in all yes, it works quite well and is tons better than a standard Ego battery IMHO.

Anyway, welcome to the community, and hope to be apart of your help into the vaping life style!

    Happy Vaping!

  5. Welcome, tons of resources around the forum to get you in the know how of the ins and outs of all you'd need to know about vaping. Tons of people to answer any questions you might have too! Thanks for joining, and see you around the forums!

  6. Getting off-topic but I found out where these mods can be purchased. You search for "Steampunk Mods by Vent69" on Facebook. It's a closed group that you have to ask to join. You can also e-mail the modder's wife at rascal24@roadrunner.com to inquire about mods. I did both. His wife replied saying that the waiting list for mods is so long they're no longer taking orders, but that I can join the group and get updates as to when there is room on the waiting list.

Funds are short at the moment, but let me know your progress. Also please do update with photos of the beauty if you are so lucky to get your hands on one of those lovely mods ^_^
