  1. I vape everywhere I can and find that most people just don't care or they just want to know more. I seen a thread today that a cop took $650 worth of mods and juice and he said they had to send it to the crime lab for drug analysis, what a waste of frickin time if you ask me. This kind of abuse is ripe with cops. *note to self keep juice labeled and mods stashed when cruising* He lost his Provari poor guy! :wallbash:

  2. Welcome, everyone here is really nice and trust me- it is completely normal to have many questions when you are just starting with e-smoking....don't be scared to ask- also you can search for the tips you need, most questions have been asked or wondered more than once. :D

  3. what it is? what does it do?

VV mods are handy and it is a thing you either like or you don't. A VV mod allows the user to change the voltage up and down usually in one or two volt increments. It uses a built in voltage regulator and either a internal digital or external manualpotentiometer. When used properly you can conserve your battery life by changing the voltage up in small increments when you feel that your battery is getting low.By doing this your last drag on the ecig will be just as good as the last. If you just want a higher voltage because of taste and throat hit your battery will drain faster. So the short answer is it is a personal choice and all depends on what type of experience you feel bests suits you. Some things you should consider is what kind of atty or carto you want to use. At lower voltage LR (low resistance) 1.5-2.0 ohm atties and cartos can be used and at high voltage HR (high resistance)3.0 ohm atties and cartos should be used.

    Good luck.

  4. The ban won't pass (that is just my opinion) It seems to me that there are at least a few judges and lawmakers that have had their lives touched by ecigs either personally or through others in their circles. Even if it did get banned there would be a federal challenge to it and it would go through the appeals court and eventually up to the high court. Also the executive election cycle is going on and there is a good chance of the bamster loosing his precious office. If a Conservative gains office we have a good chance of shrinking government. Anyway whenever there is a ban enacted it creates by default a black market which will cost the government more to fight than it would gain from acceptance. So sit back relax and enjoy your vape. Everyone in NY needs to vote Bloomberg out of office and enjoy a nice 32oz cola.

  5. So far I've only heard of one person who occasionally vapes flavorless eliquid. Are there more vapers like this?

Goodness I hope not. There are so many great flavors to experiance but to each there own. When I was hooked on ciggies I started out with menthol and then went to full flavor but now with vaping I find I like somekind of strong mint. Tasteless liquid just sounds like a sore throat waiting to happen.

  6. What kind of e-Cig are you? I would have to say it depends on the day and the mood. Sometimes I sit back with my copper DIY mod(aka the pipe bomb)other times I feel like being discrete and toke on my 18350 mini. I'm pretty laid back so most of the time it's just my 14650 E-Power. I think moody people are defiantly variable voltage. I stray from the eGo not cause it isn't good or doesn't suit me, It's just not me.

  7. Ha!! That eGo G is too much!! Literally. I almost pissed myself when he was talking about the cartomiser holding 2 pints of juice and him vaping at 975 volts.

Did you look at the comments where he said as soon as he could fit a Coleman water tank on it he would have a reliable tank for it, LMAO!

  8. a lot of vendors sell straight VG it's cheap as for liquid it's liike shooting fish in a barrel you just gotta take a chance. I only Vape 80/20/PG/VG because I like a good TH and vapor production.

Only thing to know about VG is that it is thicker and produces more vapor(that dose not mean you get more nic)only get USP Kosher VG.

  9. You should be able to remove the switch and replace it, If you can find a vendor who stocks them. Most don't because the Ego E-power switch is a compression fitting while the regular E-power 18650 is a threaded fitting. You could also just buy a New E-power 18650 tube and a replacement switch that is threaded it should cost under $15.00.I like the E-power products because every part is replaceable but this for the non Ego style.

  10. Don't get caught up in all the hype about VV, the main purpose of VV is to make your batteries last longer. Exp vape at low voltage untill you feel like you are loosing a little power, then bump your voltage up a little to bring your vapor production back up. If you do this right the last drag will be as good as your first. If you are are getting a VV just to be cool and cook your eliquid at high temps it's just overkill.

  11. I follow a simple rule, if you can't smoke there I don't vape there. Not because I can't but because it's not worth the hassle honestly.

I agree, but I think people should be more accepting than they are. I hate feeling like I am being shoved into a a dark room after all the public had no problem accepting ciggies for the last 100 years.

  12. In my county or city, not sure who's law it is, e-cigs are not allowed in work places or anywhere else that smoking is not allowed.

That sucks a lot of nightclubs and bars in Ohio have welcomed ecigs because it is bringing back business that was lost over 10 years ago when the war on smoking first started in Ohio, They call it the "indoor air quality act" and it's total BS.

  13. Yes, yes.. I dropped my Provari in the deep end of an Olympic-sized pool. You have never seen someone dive so fast or with more determination, I'll tell you. I caught that thing before it hit the bottom, and after some cpr (on my provari), it's working great. Even the 306 atty on it was just fine. Ha.

I think that tops my accident you win, long live Provari!
