  1. Sounds strange I know but I don't know how to use it? it came with 5 empty cartridges even though on the website it says comes with 5 pre-filled cartridges so I didn't buy any e-liquid.

It's actually the KVS 650 go but it's compatible and the same as the Joye Ego.

I've watched videos people drip directly onto the cotton part inside the tank, but the guy from kalamazoo said to drip into the black mouthpiece then stick the tank inside that????

I need an instruction video from the beginning. So many videos on youtube don't actually show you how to get started.

So I'd like to know how to use it.

Also if you drip only a couple drops at a time how do you know when it's time to re-drip? I hit it with no e-liquid and guess what I got a bunch of vapor even though its empty! but it tasted NASTY must be the primer I vaped.

  2. I doubt if it's anything like coffee which has been found to have numerous and significant health benefits.

Thats true Coffee has antioxidants what I should have said was Nicotene is just a stimulant similar to caffeine, by itself is not actually that bad if in low quantities, and most of us are trying to eventually get to the low nic variety.

  3. Didn't seem so idiotic to me. The assumption that vaping all day is safe and doesn't harm you is rather premature.

History has shown that many 'safe' products come back to haunt us many years later with a vengeance. The 'natural vegetable' shortening (in this case the vegetable was cotton seeds), that was to save us from lard is one of the best examples.

I've made a concerted effort to keep vaping at a reasonable level, and that includes no more deep lung inhales. Do folks really think our lungs were designed to process heated, vaporized e-liquid? Is this something our ancestors had to deal with that through natural selection our lungs would try to adapt to?

Everyone here that Vapes does so as an alternative to cigarette smoking, I used to smoke around 15 cigarettes a day at 12 puffs per cigarette thats 180 puffs of combustible Tar, amonia, strick 9, and other contaminates, so even if I take 180 puffs a day from my e-cig loaded with tutti fruitti, I do so with a clean conscious knowing it's a healthier alternative.... since I quit smoking and have been vaping I don't breathe hard anymore before everyone could hear me breathe thats was so embarrasing, also my teeth are whiter!, my gums and mouth are healthier, I no longer get anxiety, I am a nicer person now that I can puff anytime I want I don't get irritable anymore.

If I did not have e-smokes I would have definately gone back to the analog smokes. This thing called Vaping saved my life.

    WESTSIDE!

  4. I don't want to smoke, but if i didn't have the option to vape, I have no doubt in my mind that i would go back to using tobacco products.

    Xx

Thats true, if I had not found that e-cigarette at 7-11 I would have caved in, I went 3 days without a smoke and was having headaches and insomnia, so it's alot more than just "will power" ............a co-worker had told me he quit smoking months before I quit, so I thought I'd show him my e-cig and let him know I joined "the club", he said he hasn't smoked either but he pointed to his mouth a big wod of chew in his lip.................

  5. Yeah I'd agree it was probably the best $20 I've ever spent IN MY LIFE! considering that it has allowed me to stop smoking after 20 years! ............ There's no way I would have gave it a try had it been $59.99, so Thank you Xhale02 you literally saved my life but now I met another girl, her name is KVS gO - she'll be her monday, I'll put you away in a safe place and rest safely knowing your there if I need you.

  6. You should just contact a few of the administrators and find one that would be willing to give a commentary on your show. Also there is a page where people list their stories of how vaping helped them quit smoking, you could refer to those stories and share them on air.

  7. I wanted a blue light tip, just for the aesthetic but it's more about blowing big clouds of smoke and really feeling the hit with a strong Throat Hit, Vapor Talk member Emile told me about this model and website so I placed my order since they are compatible with items I can buy here on Vaportalk.

I'm gonna vape just the way the kit comes for a while before trying any modifications, I'm so new I still get all mixed up with terms like ego, joy, LR, Atomizer, Drip, LOL

Below is the kit it was $59.95 and I paid $5.20 for priority mail with tracking, can't find any reviews of this kit on youtube, wanted to know if anybody else can kick some knowledge.....

    The KVS-Go Kit Includes:

2- 650 mAh Batteries (5 click button protection)

    2- Cone Shaped Atomizers

    1- Charging Cord

    1- Charging Plug

    5- Prefilled Tobacco Tanks

    1- User Manual

    1- Gift Box

This Kit is all interchangeable with Joye eGo Products.

  8. If you like the light, you can buy the KVS-Go batteries from Kalamazoo Vapor Shop. They are third-party batteries that work with Ego/Ego-T/510 atomizers that have a LED ring around the tip which serves as a battery indicator. The LED ring is blue at full power, then changes to green as the battery gets weak, then changes to yellow, then to red. It looks really sick when I'm vaping it (especially at night), and the 5-click protection engages a cool LED flashlight!

I have a pair of KVS-Go 900mah batteries and I really like them. But it seems he is selling only KVS-Go 650mah batteries now which is still plenty of power if you buy a pair of them (or if you buy a kit). I did e-mail James and asked him what's up with the 900mah batteries.

I think I'm gonna buy the KVS-Go 650mAh Kit from Kalamazoo? what you think?

  9. I had quit cold turkey for 3 days, on the 4th day I could not take the cravings nor the insomnia any longer, I could not function at work on 3 hours of sleep a night more than a couple days in a row, I was wearing a 21mg nicotene patch but I still craved the feeling and I missed the Motion of smoking.

I remember 7-11 had an electric cigarette by xhale02, I would always see it when I went in to buy my American Spirits and I always thought, "how stupid, who would spend $19.99 on that", well that night I was feigning like a heroin addict so I went and bought one, it felt so good to smoke I puffed for an hour straight then started to feel sick, I just happened to read about nicotene poisoning so I took off my patch and started to feel better.

I enjoy vaping even more than smoking, and at the same time if I don't have it I can wait till I get home, before I never went ANYWHERE without my smokes, EVER, not even on a short drive to the corner store "what if something happened I wouldn't want to be stuck without my smokes"!!!!

  10. I had to add a couple other "little things" that I've noticed since I quit Analogs 3 weeks ago! and just vape now is that my complexion has gotten lighter, and I can take really deep breaths now, and my teeth and gums are so much healthier looking now. It's amazing how fast the body can heal itself when you stop giving it poison.

  11. eGo = LR atomizer. The reason the model you have now is loosing throat hit quickly is because of the battery life. Though the battery may not die right away, it will still start to drop off. The eGo has about 12 hours of battery life. Slap an LR atomizer on their and you'll have an all day strong hit.

Keep in mind that LR atomizer will drain the battery faster but you're still looking at about 6 hours of battery life. (None stop vaping)

I can deal with that definately, thanks for the tip, there's so many different brands out there, everyone seems to like the ego, only way it could get better than what you described is if it had a blue light like the "Blu" brand, I don't know why but I like the look, too bad I've watched so many bad reviews of it though.

  12. I only been vaping about two weeks now i have two Xhale02 starter kits, the cartridge hits hard with a good throat hit for the first dozen hits maybe then starts getting weaker and weaker as far as the Throat hit, it still blows big smoke bombs but I can't feel it which is important to me.

I want a kit that will hit just as hard the last time as it did the first time. Any suggestions?

  13. Just wanted to say Hi to everybody. It's officially been one full year since I bought my first E-Cig. I've stuck with the Joye 510 the whole time, and still dig it. I have my own personal stock now, and buying Vaping supplies is up there with grocery shopping, paying the bills, and walking the dog, lol.

I've since moved on to things like flavored juice, eGo batteries, fancy chargers, etc. I'm not much for modding and such (maybe in year 2) but I've found it almost as much of a hobby as it is a way to save myself from cigarettes.

Now, and I know some of you will want to smack me, I do still smoke analogs at bars that permit, and on occasion while driving to and from work. (Especially after a bad day) But the ECig has offered me one very important thing that I never had before. Freedom. I can have one, and dare I say even enjoy it, and not have another one for a week. It's the freedom from addiction. Sure I need my ECig, but at least I'm not addicted to something that's searing my lungs. However there's a great feeling of triumph in buying a pack, and literally owning it for weeks. My finances have NOTICEABLY increased. It absolutely blew my mind how much money I saved.

I can run up the stairs at work now. I got a new Apartment in October that doesn't allow smoking, and I haven't smoked a single cigarette inside. My clothes, bed, carpets, electronics all smell better. My walls aren't yellow. People at work and in my social life have told me that I don't smell like stale cigarettes anymore. I don't leave my desk to smoke anymore. And one of the best things, it's a great conversation piece! I've even got a few folks at work/friends/family using them now, and it's so good to know they'll be around a little longer because of these great products.

Anyway, I don't hang out and post here nearly as much as I should, but I'm always very busy. But It was the friendliness of this community that made me decide to go forward with vaping, and I just hope that everybody here is still doing great, and vaping it up! Here's to another year (mostly) smoke free!! :animier:

    Regards,

    Yay F. Beer

give up the analogs! Vape 4 Life!

  14. well i banned starbucks the day they opened for there high prices... so yeah

it's only a buck fifty for a tall coffee, thats all I need personally, and plus it's good to support starbucks those "high"prices you pay make it possible for Starbucks to offer the employees full medical benefits. Not bad for shlepping coffee......

  15. this could be total B.S. but it sounds good to me...

Analogs contained tar that would stain your teeth and cause them (and your taste buds) to become much less sensitive. Now that you've been Vaping, your ditching the Tar. which means your teeth will slowly become whiter, and more sensitive. Increased sensitivity is a good thing. It means your health is improving and your mouth is becoming (no offense whatsover) cleaner overall. I imagine you'll even be taking bigger breaths and tasting food more clearly as well soon!

    I hope this helped! :)

That makes total sense, I was getting worried cause I've been vaping for a week now and completely off the analogs (for life) and my teeth have been feeling a little sensitive. So you say increased sensitivity is a good thing, that sounds good and I hope your correct but may I ask how you came to that conclusion?

  16. I did not get headaches. I only get sores in my mouth and my nose runs everyday. I been vaping for 7 months or going on 7 months. Good luck to you

I used a patch and suffered for 5 days with cravings and insomnia then I bought my first e-cigarette and have been vaping 3-4 days

when did you stop the patch? If I am correct doesn't the patch keep nicotine in your body for like 24 hours after stopping the patch? maybe you are getting too much nicotine?

Why did you get sores in your mouth? quitting smoking should increase mouth/gum/teeth health.

  17. Are you kidding me? Smokers are masters of blocking things from the mind.

I've watched anti-cig commercials and it reminded me to go outside and smoke.....I'm so glad I'm off the Analogs, it's only been around two weeks but already them seem discusting to me, I'm a vapor all the way.

  18. I quit smoking on July 4th, now it's the 12th, the first 5 days I used a patch and suffered for 5 days with cravings and insomnia then I bought my first e-cigarette and have been vaping 3-4 days I don't really crave nicotene that much except at night and when I drive so I don't vape that much during work, I get these head "sensations" I wouldn't call them headaches they don't really hurt but it still worries me.

I was thinking the vaping was giving me headaches until I realized I'm getting Far Less Nicotene than 10 whole Analog cigarettes a day the way I did for 20 years so maybe the headaches are due to withdrawals? even though I can sit at work and only need a few puffs, also my body is not only used to High levels of Nicotene but other chemicals found in tobacco, I smoked American Spirits which were supposed to be all natural but, anybody else ever experience anything similar?
