  1. I got a sample of Tasty Vapor's Peach Melba about 2 months ago and absolutely fell in love with it. Since then, I've ordered a variety of flavors and, IMHO, they are fantastic. I've shopped around a lot since I quit smoking in March but I'm fast becoming a regular customer. To date, I've ordered Peach Melba (could drink the stuff), Almond Horn, Earl Grey, Dulcis, Mojito and the latest, Geoff's Blend. There isn't one I don't like but Geoff's Blend is really at the top of the list. It has a hint of Atomic Cinnacide in it but also some other complex flavors and I could vape this one all day. The one thing to be aware of is, since they mix your order fresh, it takes a week or 2 to settle in. As hard as it may be, I put my new juice away for a week before I start to use it. The difference is really noticeable. You may not care for the flavor when you first get it, but after sitting a while, the flavors mature and you can really taste the flavors. I highly recommend them. They would be my exclusive vendor if I could just satisfy my ry4 craving. There are just times when I want that tobacco tasting hit. Since I'm still a relative noobie, that may go away with time, too.
  2. I really appreciate your offer but I just found 2 I totally forgot about. Thanks so much!
  3. Thanks for all of the great suggestions. I really didn't realize all of the options were out there, esp. the solar power packs. I looked thru my stash of old car chargers and found a 5 volt/5 amp usb that I used for my blackberry. I never would have known what I was looking for if not for your suggestions. Definitely going to get a PCC and take my pst since I will be driving around quite a bit seeing the sites. It's my annual trek to Door County in Wisconsin and it's beautiful up there. Lots of "tree hugging" (love that one), beaches, boats, wineries and shopping so I should have drive time for charging. Going to check on that solar pack too, since I sure hope there will be lots of sun.
  4. Thanks for this info cause I've been trying to search on this one too with no luck. I do have a passthrough so I really appreciate the info on the 5volt/5amps. I never would have know about that. Also curious about what a vppt is.
  5. I'm going to be camping for a week next month and will have limited access to electricity. I have the regular 510's and was wondering if a pcc could be charged in my car cig lighter. I have a car charger with a usb connection but I don't know if that will work. I really don't want to be forced into "cold turkey" so I'm open to any suggestions.
  6. I just discovered that I really like to direct drip with my 510. Seems like I get a lot a flavor and a good throat hit. A couple of folks at work have mentioned using a T Tip, preferably in stainless. I'm trying to search on this but not having much luck. Exactly what are they and do I need a different type of atomizer? Right now, about 3 drops and an empty cart are giving me at least 20 good hits before I need to refill. What does the T do?
  7. Absolutely felt I was there with you. It's been 34 days for me and the worst time for me is the morning, when I get up. I still look for the ashtray as soon as I pour my cup of coffee. Have to slap myself back to reality and grab the ol 510. That's when I really want the strong tobacco flavor with the higher nic. Guess I need to jump start myself and then I'm good for the rest of the day. When the urge hits, I think of when my sons come to visit and mention that the house smells so different...no stale cigarette smells. Must mean I smell a little better, too. By the way, it also helps to tell yourself you just won't smoke today...not forever; just today.
  8. Thanks for the feedback. I'm not saying I want to give it up altogether; I really do love the sensation but am just a little worried about overdoing it. I went bowling tonight and that's one place where it seems everyone is smoking. It was really nice to pull out my 510 and puff a little. It takes the edge off and really takes away any urge to light up. It's that hand/mouth thing I'm so addicted to. As to the weight gain; for sure! Take away the nic and the old metabolism slows waaaay down.
  9. I really love vaping as an alt to analog cigs but I do want to cut down on my nic intake. Can anyone tell me what the TH is like with 0 nic juice. I seem to be like most noobies and hit the vape a lot when I'm at the computer. I've been using a variety of Johnson Creek Red Oak at 18 and 11 since I started a month ago. I really don't notice the difference between those levels so I'm curious if I'll get the same satisfaction with no nic on occasion.
