  1. By reds I assume you're talking bout Marlboro, I'm not sure why 24 would be too strong then I used to smoke Camel turkish royals and newports, the 24mg is good for me, I only use one 16 mg flavor. I suggest to get a 16 and see how you feel about that one.
  2. ^Agreed. what kind of cigarette did you use to smoke, 24mg might be a bit high for your taste
  3. When I first recieved my Ego-c I was also using a 24mg PG juice I got from my vendor. The nasty flavor was there for me too, I found that I had to go through about 3 tanks before the atty hit well and the flavor stopped tasting harsh and nasty. The reason for that flavor is the lubricant or some kind of oil the manufacturer puts in the device. Did you blow out your atty before screwing it on?
  4. Didn't know you can buy single attys, cignot is a vendor that I purchased my ego from in the first place, and it's conveniently located about 35 miles away from me so I might get some single ones sometime in the near future
  5. Good thing I went with the LR in the first place. I my self am not much of a fruity vaper it just doesnt taste right to me in gas form... if that makes sense Thanks for all the help
  6. I guess I'll just be sticking with the LR attys then. I don't own many liquids yet, but I seem to like darker, thicker liquids more. the RY8 is my favorite so far
  7. Yeah I already think the LR hits perfect, so you're saying I should just stick with em?
  8. Yeah I really like how the LR attys are hitting, the battery seems to hold pretty long on the LR, at least long enough for me. I might order the regular ones next time and see how those feel. Thanks for clearing that up
  9. Hi all, new to the forum but not to vaping. I recently aquired the eGo-c starter kit with the low resistance atomizers. I am only on my first atty out of five but I am going to need to order a new set sooner or later. My question is simply how are the two different? I chose the lower resistance atomizer because I remember reading a few reviews saying that the regular attys just don't cut it. What are the main differences between regular and low resistance attys? Are there advantages and disadvantages to both?
  10. Before I start my review of the eGo-c I'm just gonna throw out there that this is my first post and I am a brand new member to this forum, however I am not new to electronic cigarettes but this is my first review ever so... Here it goes I have been smoking analog cigarettes for almost 6 years before I actually quit smoking completely. I did not know about electronic cigarettes until 2 years ago when I was first introduced to them by my good friends mother. I remember that I always wanted to quit smoking and that seemed like a good alternative, she bought hers from a vendor called vapor4life and it was their brand e-cig along with the flavor. That was the first time I have ever tried an electronic cigarette and I have to say I was pretty impressed. That's when I decided I was going to buy one for my self. I have spent hours researching when I finally purchased my first e-cig a year ago, it was the GreenSmoke electronic cigarette. When I recieved the package I remember that the greensmoke was much better than the first one I tried and that it didn't feel too odd compared to a analog. The 2 piece carto design was good, and very convenient for a noob, you just screw on a color coded carto and you're good to go. But that wasn't really what I was looking for, the battery life was a joke and the cartos didn't last long enough for me. So as time went on I grew sick of that e-cig and slowly went back to my newport/turkish royal routine. A little less than a year went by, and after having tried a few e-cigs (disposables, Blu, 7-11 brand, and the 510) I realized that maybe i should look into a different type of e-cigs. That's when I stumbled across the Joye eGo series. At first I didn't know much about them, but I did some research and I decided to purchase the joye ego-c from cignot. I ordered the starter kit with 5 Low Resistance atomizer heads and one 1000mah battery along with the regular 650mah. First of all I wanna say I am very impressed by the customer service, I changed my order and everything still went smoothly and quickly. Shipping was quick but the package only traveled 42 miles so I can't really say anything about that. The product arrived at my house 2 weeks ago on wednesday and as soon as it was in my hands I threw the 1000mah on the charger so it can be on full charge and started vaping with the 650mah battery and the tobacco flavor that came with the kit. At first the flavor was horrid and burned my throat, but I soon realized that I read somewhere about some oil that is in the atomizer and I think that's what I was tasting. As I vaped through about two full tanks the nasty flavor went away and the atomizer finally broke in. That's when I could actually taste the flavor, enjoy blowing thick clouds, and ever since all I can say is wow. I'm gonna start on the battery life: I found the 1000mah battery life very impressive as it lasted me since wednesday night until saturday night of pretty heavy vaping (I used to be a half a pack a day smoker, I seem to go thru about 2 tanks of liquid in a day) The 650 is just about 2 days, sometimes a little less depending on how often I use it. The overall design is nice and sleek, very pen-like and feels really solid. Putting the eGo together wasn't too hard, it's kinda like legos you just have to fit a few pieces together and it's done.(I don't like to use instructions) The eGo is very easy to use, and the new battery life indicator on the batteries is a nice touch. Vapor production in my opinion is great, I know it depends on the PG/VG mix, but I found that I get very nice vapor from both very dark and thick or light and thin liquids(I've heard about some wicking problem with the eGo-T not sure if it is still an issue with the eGo-C). The flavor is very nice and distinct. I've read reviews that the flavor of the vapor on the eGo is a bit light, but I have never personally experienced this problem. I haven't tried many flavors as I am new to the tank system as well as the liquids since I used to vape from a 2 piece carto design, but I am currently in posession of 5 different flavors; 16mg coffee flavor I got from the local smoke shop (Ironically also named VT), 16mg tobacco that came with the kit, 24mg RY8 from pink spot vapors (favorite so far) 24mg Nuhport I got from a online website(tastes nothing like a newport, more like tootpaste) and a 24mg pinkspotvapor signature flavor I got as a gift. the RY8, coffee and the tobacco are great. The Nuhport and pink aren't the best, but that's just my opinion. I would like to find a good menthol flavor but I don't know where to look, there's about 1 thousand different ones online so maybe someone can guide me to a good one? Throat Hit has been plenty for me, I have only used 16mg and 24mg liquids though so I don't know about any weaker ones, but I assume it would still be good. The price is right, what can I say I got 2 batteries, 5 pre-filled tanks, 5 atomizers and a charger for $79 with free shipping. Overall score - 5/5 Battery life - 5/5 Value - 5/5 Vapor Production - 5/5 Throat Hit - 5/5 Flavor - 5/5 Design - 4/5 (Only reason I give it 4/5 is because it looks like you're sucking on a pen and then blowing out smoke, but I don't really like to smoke my e-cig in public places anyways so it doesn't matter) Overall the eGo-c is a fantastic little device and the quality of the product is outstanding. As I said before this is my first review but this website was like my bible when researching e-cigarettes so I just wanted to throw in my two cents.
