General Shipping Information
We ship Monday – Saturday. The Shipping cutoff time is 3pm PST on weekdays and 12PM PST on Weekends. The Vapor Talk Store sends your order using various shipping providers and methods (FedEx & USPS). When your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your tracking number. If you do not receive an email update within 48 hours, please visit the Track and Locate Your Order page.
Orders of $400 or more will be shipped to the cardholder’s verified billing address. If we are unable to verify the address, your order will be cancelled. Orders of $200 or more are shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).
Orders generally ship within 24 hours excluding Sundays and holidays. While we attempt to ship within 24 hours it is not guaranteed. Orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Shipping times are exclusive of processing time. We ship from two locations; California & New Jersey. Your export location generally depends on stock availability. Most orders arrive within 1-3 days of processing excluding international orders. Please keep in mind that once your order has left our facility, we have no control over your packages arrival time. Arrival time is dependant on the speed of the postal carrier in question.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. We also ship to Canada and The United Kingdom.
Custom Duties and Importation
Please note duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping rates at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import tariffs, and taxes, which may result in multiple charges.
If your order is seized in your country, we cannot refund payment. Packages returned due to non-payment or refusal of delivery will not be refunded.

*These estimated transit times refer to the time it takes the package to reach it’s destination once it has been shipped. It does not include our processing time.
We cannot control the speed of the postal service. We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us.
Tracking is added to your customs notes upon shipping. You can also find tracking on your “My Account” page. Additionally you manually look up your order and tracking information here.
Incorrect Address Submissions
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
How are warrantied and replacement parts shipped?
All replacement parts and warranty shipments are shipping visa USPS First Class Mail.
Special State Laws & Restrictions
Due to new regulations, we are unable to ship E-Liquid into the state of Indiana. Any orders shipping to Indiana containing E-Liquid will have the E-Liquid portion of the order refunded. e Liquid only orders will be cancelled and refunded. We apologise for the inconvenience.
