E-cigarettes have been advertised as a healthier alternative to smoking, and a way to help smokers quit. But are they really effective in helping people quit smoking?

A new study published in the journal Tobacco Control shows that e-cigarettes are more effective than nicotine patches or gum in helping people quit smoking. The study followed a group of smokers who were trying to quit, and found that those who used e-cigarettes were no more likely to abstain from smoking than those who used nicotine replacement therapy.

This is just one study, and it’s possible that e-cigarettes may be helpful for some people trying to quit smoking by visiting vape store. But if Not you’re need to looking for an more effective way to quitting, you’re better off sticking with proven methods like nicotine replacement therapy or quitting cold turkey.
