Mixing Nicotine doubt

Hi guys.

I am new at this so i bought some E-liquids and got some questions poped.

I bought this nicotine booster that says 20Mg. ( PIC 1 ) but only says it is 2.0%nicotine What does this percentage means ? How much nicotine/ml does it have ? If i want to mix it with a nicotine free e-liquid ( pic 3 ) and get 2ml with 15mg/ml nicotine, how should i do it ?  

I also bought this e-liquid RED LX which is 16/ml (pic 2 ). Can I vape it directly or should i mix it with something else ? Because i used it purely and the taste is really strong plus it is making the dips and my vape really dirty from the inside, i have to clean it 3 times more often then with regular juices.
