I'm just wondering I've been vaping for 2 year and last year every 4/5 week I've been getting really bad vomiting and poos eveeytime been docs say it' gastroenteritis and need more tests as to why I'm getting them so frequent just had a light bulb moment could it be my vape x

I'm no doctor, but this coming March will be 7 years of vaping for me. I haven't had any of those issues. I would look else where for your issues.

I'm no doctor either, so I tend to listen when they say it "could" be something and then wait to hear what the test results are. In May I'll have been vaping for six years and never had a reaction like what you describe. As a matter of fact, I can't recall hearing any other members here say they've had the same symptoms. Might get back to your doctor and ask more questions on your condition?

I feel safe to comment now that @Squid and @Tam have responded.  You have heard from two of the Masters-O-Vape.  I don't yet have a year but I surely don't suffer from any of what you describe.  I've not talked to anyone who has.  So simply enough, stay with the testing and try to know for sure what's going on.

I agree with the others who commented. Get the testing done, ask your doctor questions etc. I've not experienced any of these symptoms in nearly 4 years of vaping.
