Am I missing something? ('0' reading vs resistance reading on volt meter)

What is the difference between these readings?

I have a battery powered 510 volt meter coming (the one available at most vape sites). If it reads 1.5ohm… it is 1.5ohm. Right?

I read a post elsewhere wherein a microcoil read "0.8ohm at '0' and 1.5 at resistance"… whatever that means.

Huh, Resistance and ohms are the same thing. It can't be 0.8 ohms and have a resistance of 1.5, micro or not. That is someone that has no clue in what they are talking about.
