  1. Mixing new habits into a fitness routine can feel strange at first, but I’ve found the real trick is just keeping whatever helps you stay consistent. I’ve paired certain Lost Mary flavors with cooldown walks, and it weirdly keeps me from snacking. I’ve also used balkan steroids before during heavier training blocks, so I get the appeal of experimenting with what supports your groove, as long as you keep an eye on how your body responds.
  2. I’ve paired lighter MO20000 flavors with my cooldowns, and it kept me from reaching for heavier snacks after workouts. The smoother ones felt easier on my throat during active days.
