  1. Wow! You are really gettin down on this mixing thing! That looks great!
  2. It's short for atomizer. It's the tank.
  3. Welcome! The basic drill is to start low with the power setting and slowly move it up. At some point you will find peak flavor. That's your sweet spot. Coil life has a lot to do with the juice you use. Thick, sweet juices gum up a coil faster. I looked for replacement coils for the NRG and as far as I can tell they are all for wattage mode only. The temp control should work well on your switcher if you ever want to try it. You will need an atty with a compatible coil for TC.
  4. Thank you my friend! Glad you enjoyed it!
  5. Yea!!! Cavalry to the rescue!!! Another problem solved by the amazing folks at VT!!!!
  6. Calling @MRSpivey! Calling @MRSpivey! If this guy is still around, he may be able to help as well. He has built mods using lipos. When it comes to sourcing a lipo I have no experience.
  7. Oh boy. You'll have to source a new lipo. Should have some numbering on it to help.
  8. If you decide to get them online, here is a good place: Located in PA as well. https://liionwholesale.com/collections/batteries/products/lg-he2-18650-battery-genuine-tested-20a-2500mah-flat-top-wholesale-lot?variant=1038173256&refer1=adw&campaign=he2wholesale&gclid=CjwKCAiA24PVBRBvEiwAyBxf-SoOqgvfFveobotgbZ8JhUCpD_aEjXmnEZak-mZ-eRhpvmBPE-VcyBoCs1UQAvD_BwE
  9. First, I just want to make sure the mod is using 18650's. Some use lipos. What mod are you using? If it does use 18650's then you want to go to a vape shop and buy some or if you order some online I would suggest either Sony VTC5A or LG HG2 batteries. There are others that are good too but if you get either of these you will be in good shape.
  10. Probably time for new batteries. Batteries discharge slowly while sitting. They have probably discharged to the point of no return. .01% is extremely low. Worst thing that could happen is that you end up with a brand new good set of batteries.
  11. It seems to so far @cany. Testing is going to take time as I am simply mixing with the homogenizer when a current juice runs out and I need to replace it. I'll probably know more in about six months or so.
  12. Yes Egor! Today the fruit. Tomorrow the world!!! Blahahahahahahahaha
  13. Glad you like it!! It's one of my favorites. Always seems to hit the spot!
  14. It really seems to assist the process of aging. I keep a lid on during most of the process except for the actual use of the homogenizer. This way I'm not introducing oxygen and don't get discoloration from the nicotine oxidation. From what I can tell so far, actual "sitting" does still enhance flavor but a few days of sitting seems to be about the apex of change. Keeping the finished mixes in a filing cabinet drawer also helps minimize oxidation. Large batches will darken some just from long periods of time before it's used up.
  15. TPA and TFA are the same company basically. The Perfumer's Apprentice and The Flavor Apprentice. Sometimes you will also see the abbreviation FA. Here's a snipette from Wizard Labs where I buy a lot of my flavors.
  16. Welcome to the forum Jack. Where to start........ Understanding voltage, amperage, wattage, and resistance is one of the keys to successfully building coils. I guess the first thing to find out is what kind of wire are you using, e.g. kanthal, stainless, NI, titanium, etc. Each kind of wire will be a different resistance for the same length of wire.
  17. Here: https://forum.evolvapor.com/topic/66731-early-firmware-and-escribe-suite/ Tested it and it does work just fine.
  18. That's cool. I might just give on a try then. Just can't see increasing the nic if I don't need to.
  19. Wow, late to the party.. @Bebop Congratulations on five years!!!!! Huge!!! Pod's...... No idea. I like the look and the concept, just haven't tried any. Nic salts. I could be just full of it but I'm down to 2mg and like the idea. I have it in my head if I start vaping nic salts that I will be increasing my addiction. It is the throat hit that I find irritating and over time is lowering my nic levels. Obviously the salts take care of that. Almost seems nefarious in a sense.
  20. Mine never recovered. It's landfill. Glad it will tide you over to the next mod!
  21. Not sure I fully understand but yes you can go to a lower resistance and yes having the coil directly over the airflow makes a huge difference. You want the air to come up, circle around the coil and carry the vaper with it up through the chimney. The height of the coil above the airflow is kinda atty dependent. They seem to all have a "sweet spot". In general it's best to keep the coil pretty close to the airflow.
  22. It's a shame. They are sharp looking mods and feel good in the hand. I really enjoyed the "firing bar" feel. I went to an Aspire Speeder for a fire bar and it performs a lot better. Better mod all around.
  23. Welcome! Thanks for joining!
