My son was 3 when I made the switch. For too long he was complaining about not being able to come in the kitchen with me because I was smoking. He would say "I know mommy, I can't sit on your lap because you're having a bad cigarette". Now I don't have to worry about finishing my cigarette when my son wants my attention. I just put my ecig down. I don't run out of breath as easily while playing and I never need a cigarette break or have to worry if I'm blowing a cloud of chemicals in my poor kid's face. Of all the reasons I love vaping, my son is the best reason.

1 year today since I exchanged a pack of stink-sticks for my e-cig. After 50+ years of a pack plus a day I put the coffin nails down and haven't looked back. Well, maybe once or twice the first week, but it was only lookn', no touchn'. Told myself "this is the way", stick to it, you can do it. And, for me anyway, it was much easier than I would have ever expected, and much more enjoyable, too. I would whole heartedly reccommend e-cigs to anyone considering quitting smoking who would listen ...... and have on a few occasions to the point of "soap box". After 6+ decades of life I'm not too easily impressed by much, but this e-cig has certainly captured my attention. For the first couple weeks I'd get a craving for a smoke, but after a couple hits of my device things were back on track and moving right along quite nice. Getting rid of stink-sticks was my primary goal, getting to 0 nic is on the back burner. The hand-to-mouth habit is hard to break, but with e-cigs, I don't care - I'm not even trying. Plus, the flavor is so much more enjoyable, not to mention how much better the world smells (and tastes) now,......including me and my truck, and my home, and, and .........

I think I'll go someplace and let my feet do a happy dance.

Considering gold plating my first eGo/CE4 and putting it on the shelf as a memento/reminder of another one of my life changing events.

Changing lives is a treat, I get to do it everyday..my favorite is Mr. And Mrs. Romero, very nice 88/84 year old couple, started em out, changed thier coils... Now when they come in for supplies.. I get big hugs, and she bring me food...it's so cute, and they've changed from a nicotine hued amber to a lighter healthy glow..makes it all worthwhile!

I was adding to my tank in mostly dark room in a hurry to go outside w my dogs (we have wolf/Mt lion problem) thought I used new backwoods blueberry, nope didn't taste it, back to just add another flavor cheesecake, not bad, came back in looked at the bottles realized never had added blueberry so half asleep I did, Its pretty amazing.
Tastes like a blueberry muffin, turns out I used cinn bunn first, then added cheesecake and topped off w blueberries, been vaping this for 2 days, now to try to reproduce my screw up turned good!

I have been a pack a day smoker for 15+ years. I have tried almost everything there is to try and quit smoking(Short of prescription drugs). Nothing I have tried has even come close to working, until now.

On June 15th My wife and I were talking about Ecigs as one of my co-workers had switched to quit smoking. I called around to just about everywhere I could think of to find a quality Ecig to start with. I ended up at my local Cigar Shop picking up a Cig2o starter kit. Almost instantly I knew that this was going to be the way for me to finally quit. Over the next 2 weeks I slowly switched from cigarettes to my new ecig by only smoking a couple a day. After the first week I found that the Cig2o kit just wasn't cutting it so I got a much better kit with a longer battery life. This brings me to today.

I am just a few hours away from from being 1 week free of smoking and just in this time I can say DAMN, what a difference. I can breath, I am finding out what things taste like again. My steady congestion is all but gone and I can actually smell the little things again(For better or worse, Im looking at you woman.) My family and friend have commented that I do not smell like an ashtray anymore. On top of all of this and probably the most important, I can actually play with my kids and not get winded in 30 seconds. I just plane feel better and i'm happy to think that I will be around longer to see my kids succeed in life.

I have also noticed a few things improve that I have just laid down and accepted was apart of my life. I no longer lose feeling in my hands when I am on the computer working or just driving down the road. I notice that when I sneeze or cough I do not get the burning tingling in my left arm. Needless to say, all a big plus. The biggest one was yet to come.

Since the age of 20 I have had pretty severe Psoriasis. By this I mean around 40% of my body. This has been a major struggle in my life but I had accepted that this would likely never change. Now this little device is changing everything. Over the last 3 weeks we have seen steady improvement all over. I would say that my psoriasis has receded to half of what it was at its worst.

With all of this I can say that this has been a life changer for me and my family. I have even been able to turn a few people to trying and ecig and a couple have stuck with it. I even gave my original starter kit to a friend that as far as I know has stuck with it for the last few days.

I know that most people will not read this and that is fine. if anyone comes across this post that is thinking about switching or is trying to get someone they know to switch, then it was worth it to type this out.
