I am going to lock this thread. We are not here to help you start a business.

When you registered your LLC you should have inquired with the state what the liabilities and laws might be. What category your business falls into for licensing etc. You should have also consulted a lawyer before taking on this venture. If you can't trust your partner, why are you starting a business with this person? This is standard business 101 research that anyone should do before starting any type of business.

Seems every day, or every other day at least, someone posts on this site to say just how pleased they are to be quittng smoking and how easy it is with vapn', or how long they've been without stinkies, or any other stories about quitting after a long time and how easy it is/was, and how much better they feel, both physucally and about themselves. I know I sure do feel better since I started using mine .... and so does everybody around me.
To bad no one has bothered to either cruise or mention any of the vape sites in any of their studies.

I would think chapped lips are a result of your vaping technique rather than from vaping, itself. And the cold, dry weather. If you're like most here and find vaping more enjoyable than smoking, you're probably licking your lips more often than normal every time you vape. Keep something like a Chap-Stik handy and enjoy being off cigs while waiting for mo betta weather. And, yes, it'll go away.

Don't know about the Greensmokes brand, but will say anything to help leave the tobacco ones behind is going to be better for you. In time, I wouldn't be surprisd to hear you've switched to one of the entry-level battery and tank systems. You'll find many more choices available as to taste/flavors, probably less costly and more convenient than searching out and buying a certain prefilled carto, and, provided you have someone in your area capable, you can have your flavors custom tailored to your taste/hit/nic level preferences.

As to switching being a big problem, all you have to do is figure out for yourself which is better for you. Since you've decided to try "the other side", I assume you've already figured it out. Now all you need do is stick with it. I smoked a pack+ for 50 + years. Got my first e-cig, put down the stinkies the same day and haven't looked back for over 8 months. If I can do it, you can too. Tell yourself you're setting a good example for everyone else. Afterall, "monkey see, monkey do" works both ways. Who knows, you just might convert some of those around you. Plus, I'm sure your CO would be happy about less cig butts laying around. Police Call was always a pain.

Oh yeah, welcome to VT. Plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here to offer support and advice.

I do not want to smoke a synthetic long chain molecule, might as well be back on cigs! What?!! You can't be serious.

I also do not smoke fruit, pie, candy or any other BS flavors. I smoked tobacco, non-menthol straight tobacco. Well, just how long have you been vap'n?

Welcome aboard, Paul ..... from a 50+ year smoker, too. No need to start with anything fancy. You can always upgrade your equipment as you progress. I started with a simple eGo setup with a CE4 tank which worked quite well for me to leave the stinkies behind. Since then I've gotten a larger capacity battery and an EVOD tank and that's where I've stayed for over 8 months. For my purposes, I didn't see the need to get fancy. The setup I'm using is pretty inexpencive, yet effective for me. My advice would be to start simple, learn your flavor preferences, your PC/VG mix preferences and go from there once you've gotten a pretty good handle on vaping. Vaping isn't rocket science, but you do need to get tuned into your personal preferrences before dropping a lot of dollars on equipment. Anything you want to know, just ask. There's plenty of friendly, experienced and knowledgeable people here willing to help.

    Just my opinion .....

Oh yeah - forgot ....... I highly reccommend starting with 2 batt's (additional tanks optional but reccommended, too). It's a real b**** trying to leave the stinkies behind with a used-up batt. A second one with a fresh charge in your pocket sure comes in handy.

Lots of stuff available for lots of different tastes and opinions. What you think is "best" today could very well be different next week as your vaping journey progresses. For me, the simple eGo type batt with EVOD tank has served me quite well for 8+ months. In other words, what's "best" is up to you. Opinions are like noses ..... pretty much everyone's got one.

aufin got a reaction from Patricia in What creates a less pull 2.5 ohm coils or 1.8 ohm coils?
As I understand the ohms thing, ohms is a measurement of resistance to current flow through something - such as the heating coil wire in your tank. The lower the resistance the quicker and hotter the coil can get, thereby producing more vapor at a faster rate than a higher ohms rated coil. Also has a chance of burning your coil out quicker, too. If you want easier "pull" you'll have to open up the air vents to allow more air to pass through and over the coil as you draw (suck). But, opening the air holes too much can be a little counterproductive, too. Too much airflow can cool the coil and keep it from heating the juice to optimum vapeing temp.

The woman in the back seat - in her usual abrasive manner, says to the
chauffeur, "Get out and check on that poor cow--you were driving."
So the chauffeur gets out, checks, and reports that the animal is dead but
it appeared to be very old.
'Well,' says the woman, "You were driving, so you go and tell the farmer
in that lighted farmhouse over there"
Two hours later the chauffeur returns totally inebriated, a full belly,
his hair ruffled, with a big grin on his face.
"My God, What Happened to You?" asks the woman.
The chauffeur replies, "When I got there, the farmer opened his best
bottle of single malt scotch, the wife gave me a meal fit for a king, and the
    daughter made love to me."
"What on earth did you say?" asks the woman.
"Well, I just knocked on the door..........and, when it opened, I said to
them, 'I'm Nancy Pelosi's chauffeur, and I've just killed the old cow."

Just what makes anyone think the govt intends to act rationally concerning e-cigs?!! Look at some of the crap that's come out of DC the past few years. How much of that really made sense? My Opinion ....... that whole bunch of two-faced, self-important, liars up there in DC are going to do whatever makes them "feel" good or somehow directly impacts their pocket. In the past few years I've lost all confidence in our govt. to do what makes sense. These guys can't stand it unless they're micro-managing even the smallest issue that they have no business in, and finding ways of taxing everything else. I'm hoping for the best, but am preparing for the worst ........I'm stocking up.

Your taste preferences seem to be kinda like your favorite color, taste in furnishings, life style ..... it is what it is and probably won't change much. Probably wander around looking at others, but come back to your personal comfort zone. Maybe with a few minor modifications, maybe not.
Been vapn' over 6 montths and have tried a bunch of flavors, (cucumber/mint ... yow!) but keep coming back to my base ...... Captain Black with Black Cherry, and a strong Cappuchino with either carmel or vanilla. Have a number of flavors I hit occasionally just to break the monotony, but my regulars are always with me. I like the coffees, too so I intend to try an espresso with a back flavor. Putting together a DIY flavor assortment order so my venture into the flavor experiments won't be so expencive ....... $8.00 for a 10ml taste experiment doesn't sit too well with the pocket.

They all claim to have "our" best interests at heart. Well, I say BS!!! I'm sick 'n tired of being micromanaged........and lied to "for my own good". I think we're all adults and can make up our own mind. We don't need the FDA getting so deep in this. If they want to make sure everything is done above board and with quality materials, well, ok. When they start making noise about regulating along the lines of tobacco.......No Way!! It's all about the tax revenue under the quise of a healthy product. Well, I'm here to tell ya, e-cigs work....at least for me. Might be a slight learning curve, but so what? I bought my first eGo setup one day and that day was the last cigarette I've smoked - in 50 years. I'm tired of govt sticking their nose into every segment of my life. I don't take one thing from the govt......and don't expect any. When I retire in a couple years I'll take back what I've been paying for for decades. Then I'll sign up for VA, which I also earned. The FDA is not interested in my well being. They're all about protecting the companies that send the lobbysts to "help" make the decisions, and protecting their "phony baloney jobs". Where's all those tax dollars the states are collecting from cigarette sales going.....some sick TV ads? On one hand the states say, publicly, the taxes on cigs are all about giving cig smokers incentive to quit. But, when enough people quit or find some other alternative, the politicians start crying about all the lost tax revenue. Well, which is it.......incentive, or tax revenue? I think we all can read between the lines. Same for e-cigs. I'm all about making things safe, but I believe, for the most part, the marketplace works pretty good. And, with the internet superighway and forums like this one, something not right won't last very long. Sounds harsh, and probably is, but in my opinion, if someone's dumb/gullible enough to try something without proper caution and/or research, they probably don't belong in the gene pool, anyway. Case in point.....meth/heavy drug users. I know, not relevant. Just an example. I don't know what we can do, but I'm keepiing my eyes and ears open. All I can think of right now is call your representatives and senators and voice your opinion. As a whole, I'd think we have a pretty loud voice.
