It would seem there is still some confusion so I'm update this post. New members freshly signed up on the board will have restricted access until their post count reaches 3. This has been put in place to help us limit spam and trolling to a few specific areas.

As a new member you will be limited to the following areas:

The easiest way to raise your post count is to visit the intro area and say hello. On your 4th post the system will automatically place you into the regular VT members group at which point you'll have normal unrestricted posting rights on the forum.

Please do not PM a staff member asking were to post, were the into area is or where the "new topic" button is. There are thousands of active members on the forum that took the time to briefly learn the software (which is very easy to use). You'll get the hang of it in no time!

I want to try out the flattened kanthal. Great way to get more surface area while keeping the ohms where you want.

Just tried Fedoras Snickerdoodle first time yesterday. Now I don't want to put anything else in my tank.

1st is twisted 28g that I flattened out. I saw MrPinoyKid do this on Instagram with twisted 24g and decided to try it with my 28 because I do not have 24. I haven't wicked this one yet but it will be done tonight.

2nd is my parallel coil. 7 wraps (14 total). This is also done with 28g. Wicked and vaping great! Flavor is amazing. I'm not exactly chasing huge clouds so this satisfies me with vapor production

Both builds are .5 ohms +- .01.

I used my personal coupon code with Bulldog-Vapor, saving $20 on 60ml of Blueberry Pie and 60ml of Monkey Nuts. Also placed an order with FatDaddyVapes for the Stingray Ultimate magnet switch upgrade, King V2 magnet switch upgrade, and a 10"x10" mod polishing cloth.

If you have no need for nicotine, and end up purchasing Humco VG just to chase clouds, then please be respectful and don't blow insane clouds in public where people might feel uneasy.

Vaping is a safer alternative to smoking, and the only reason I even vape is to get my nicotine fix. Clouds are only an added bonus, as is the hobby of tinkering with builds.

Thanks for the tips. One of these days I will have more than five to ten minutes at my station to build more consistent coils.

I'm really digging this setup, and it looks proper together.
