Tam speaks the truth. The first thing you'll probably notice is tightening of the draw...it'll start becoming increasingly more difficult to pull air through your atty/carto/clearo/tank/RBA comfortably. Remember that the (red hot) coil & silica wick run directly across the air flu's path, so after vaping for a while, e-liquid starts to get baked onto the coil & wick, impeding the air flow. That'll probably be your first clue to get another head ready.

I also want to add a little hint that I read somewhere. Fray the wicks (unwind by rolling with your fingertips) before installing your new head. It seems to help my gear keep up at higher voltages.

Buy these. Less than a dollar a piece for Boge cartos in standard (holds about 20 drops) and XL (holds about 30 drops) sizes. With an eGo-T, I'd recommend the 2.0 ohm (LR) version.

When the draw becomes too tight and you don't get any vapor/hit from it is a good indication. Usually, when it starts going out you'll notice that it's not working as well as it did before. Some will just quit while others will slowly dwindle in performance. As for what I've experienced, most of mine lasts several weeks to a month or more depending (if it's not a dud). Sorry, I know that's not much help but it depends on the part itself.

Asking questions is good. That's how we learn.

Welcome to VT. This is a place where you don't have to worry about drama and arguments. Only Jeff and Mark get picked on but they don't seem to mind.

No ,but there are a lot of latecomers trying to get in on the goldrush.I would avoid any that do not sell something that you can identfy and buy supplies from elsewhere.Stick to Joye,DSE and Kr Kanger and you will have a better experience. There are a lot of posts on these forums trying to identify some oddball brand.Just not worth the headaches. But having said all that I have found you can usually get usable vapor and your nic fix from about any device out there. Some are just nasty tasting though.Any device that helps you decide if vaping could work for you is a step in the right direction.

You know, McQuinn, if you're feeling that adventurous PM me your address and I'll be happy to send it your way. Better than to throw it out because I won't be vaping it ever again anytime soon.

Believe me, it took several months for me to get the nerve up to even consider ordering it!

Sweet-Vapes.com has a mean black cherry that I like. And I don't even like cherries unless they're fresh.

Okay, I know that everyone has different preferences in e-liquids and there's no such thing as a "bad" or "good" or even a "great" juice for everyone.

Taste is subjective and one size/flavor does not fit all.

We like what we like, and what I like may taste awful to someone else. That disclaimer out of the way... Ever since I first landed at EC Blends I've been curious about their savory flavors but never had the courage to try one. Until now.

Recently I ordered the roast beef with an added splash of Worchestershire sauce. When I got the small sampler bottle (5 ml, 6 mg nic, 50 PG/50 VG), I let it steep for a while like instructed. Tried it today and...I had to go brush my teeth and tongue to get the taste out of my mouth. Bleh.

Now don't get me wrong, it really does taste like a decent roast beef with just a splash of Worchestershire sauce. It's that I've just now learned that savory flavors, vaping and me do not mix. Curiosity is no longer in the equation. I will now stick to the sweeter flavors that I've come to love from this vendor. Live and learn.

I bet if you pushed hard enough you could jam in probably 5 or 6 analogs into a 10ml bottle...lol just saying...might make a mess though!

Got some Irish Cream from my favorite vendor and it tasted like a soured dish rag no matter how long I let it steep. All the other flavors (and I have way too many) from them are wonderful so far. Good luck trying out all the different flavors! That's half the fun of vaping...

You get what you pay for....well, maybe not always when factoring in Chinese-made stuff that was cheaply made to begin with. I recently purchased the non-Joye 900 mAh Twist from Discount Vapes. Works ok, except that the button sticks every now and again, requiring an additional press to turn the damn thing off. "Look Mom...No hands!!!"

I would recommend a boge LR (2.0ohm) carto for that. They work great. With the low resistance coil in it the lower power pushed by that ego battery is plenty. I'm glad you are enjoying it. Is it working as well as your starter kit I hope?

How did you fill these? Did you use the condom method and then let it sit for a while before vaping? I've found that I fill from the bottom and top and let sit for 30 minutes before vaping. I don't get the burnt taste that way.

As many times as I've gotten juice in my mouth I, too, prefer to just remove the drip tip and drip directly into the atomizer. Especially using the long universal drip tip, it's easy to take off the tip to drip...

Agreed, a sample pack is def. gonna be the way to go, cuz you probably won't like what you think you'll like, and even then your tastes will likely change after being off smokes for a couple weeks

That is a trick question. There are no cigerettes in a 10 ml bottle of eliquid. That is why we vape it.Doesn't really make a lot of difference ,just vape until you are satisfied and then put it away.

    LOL Jeffb, and quite true.

Newbies don't inhale as deeply, don't take as long of draws of their eCigs. Why? Because their lungs are still too full of tar buildup. They'll be lucky to go through 3ml a day for the first week or so.
The experienced vaper, one whose lungs have healed, can take those longer needed draws. Their draws now are almost equal to a real cigarette. They still, however, find it difficult to take a deep inhale like they did with their smokes, so they vape a little more often instead. The experienced Vaper will go through a good 3-6ml a day on average. This, of course, depends upon their delivery system. Sometimes 1ml of that is wasted in piddle puddles on the battery connection, etc...
With that said, the Average ex 2 pad smoker now Experienced Vaper vaping 5ml a day to achieve the same nirvana as their 2pad habit, can say that 10 ml of juice equals roughly 80 cigarettes. But then, I don't do math, so I could be oh so wrong. I know I'm wrong. You know those 5 out of 4 people who can't do math right? I'm one of the 5.
