Then, take a moment to read the general rules/guidelines of the forum so you'll know what's allowed and not allowed on the forum: https://www.vaportalk.com/forum/guidelines/

One question, because you also do MTL, do you only use pod devices or also like actual tanks and rba/rta?

When I started to vape in 2012, we didn't have pod devices so things were different than what's available now. My daily is an Eleaf iStick Power unit with an Aspire Triton 2 tank. Although I do have a bunch of RBA/RTA type, I like my set up now for ease of use. I also like to use 1.8 ohm coil, which are getting harder to find, but I like a cooler vape.

I was using a berry smash ejuice and switching to a Razzy lemonade ejuice and couldn't really taste either of them. Also am using 2 different setups the voopoo pm40 and the drag 4 kit.

You're going from one fruit to another. Try doing one fruit then switch to a pastry or tobacco or something completely different like a cinnamon roll or French vanilla.

I've been vaping for over 10 yrs on and off and It's hard for a person on low income to keep it up I was using an rda because the coils are cheaper to make. I wish they would allow them to sale them in TN again. Ty for letting me join.

What restrictions are there in Tennessee for ecigarettes and the equipment? Are there also restrictions on eliquid sales as well?

    Welcome to Vapor Talk.  :)

    thanks for this topic

Please keep in mind that this post and thread are from 2012 when vaping was fairly new and there weren't many (if any) restrictions on vaping use. Try any of these now and you could be hit with some expensive fines or possibly arrest, depending on where you try to vape. In 2023, If I have the urge to vape while traveling by air I would just check with security first before vaping outside to make sure where I vape is okay. Vaping these days is almost like what smoking cigarettes used to be. Be careful, cautious, and courteous of others!  😄

  6. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your MVP 5. Here are some general things to try. First, do you have a different USB-C cable to plug into? If so, try using it and also plug the cable into a different power source (your other USB-C cable might have a problem). Then, let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes even if it doesn't look like it's doing anything. While it's doing that, take your tank off and check the connection to see if any eliquid leaked. Is it dry? That's fine. If it's wet, take a dry Q-tip and very gently swab the liquid out.

Once you've had it on the charger for 10 minutes or so, while it's still plugged in, click the power button three times to see if anything happens.

Let us know if any of that helps?

Hi! My name is Lori. I quit smoking cigarettes back in December 2012 and switched to vaping. I've been vaping on and off since then. I live in South Alabama. Vaping keeps me from going back to the cancer sticks.

Hi, Lori! Good for you to stay off the cigarettes for so long. Welcome to Vapor Talk.  :)

  8. Yes, that's it. I've never seen an all-in-one cartridge for Vision Spinners before. I have several that I still use on occasion, but I use mine with a Kangor mini and a 1.8 ohm coil. This combination was very popular when they first came out many years ago now, but I still enjoy them now and then.

I'm glad I was able to answer your question. Hope all goes well!

  9. A Vision Spinner 2 is just the battery part (the lower part with the on/off button). The tank that holds the eliquid and screws in on top of that is what has a coil inside that will need periodic replacement, what you're calling a 'cart'. If you're using a pre-filled cart/tank, they come preinstalled with the coils inside and it does not need to be replaced. Not knowing exactly the type and style of 'cart' you're using, I can't give you more specifics than that but all the pre-filled units I'm familiar with, none of them have coils that can be replaced, they're all one piece.

That said, I'm also not familiar with any all-in-one carts that are used with Vision Spinners, only tanks.

Good for you to start vaping instead of smoking.
