	I thought I'd share the information here since I know there are a lot of folks around here that really like their Kanger products, really like certain online vendors or both.
</p>

<p>
	I came across this quite by accident, as I was looking for information about the relationship between Kanger and Arymi.  That's a potentially interesting story for another thread at another time, but during my search for information I came across a couple of pages on the KangerTech website that show lists of allegedly unauthorized websites selling counterfeit Kanger products and/or selling Kanger products that they obtain from an unknown source.  I do not know how Kanger made the determination these sites were selling counterfeit goods or were obtaining them from unknown sources, but some of these sites are sites many of us have used or continue to use.

I have a major issue however with there shipping company. PostNL is absolutly horrible. Look up reviews online 1.2 out of 10 stars with 374 reviews. Thats not acceptable. When i had issues tracking my package i contacted vapor whale and they seemed to be aware of this issue. Almost as if everyone has this issue. They said wait a week for an update. I waited a week and it updated from no info to basicaly saying they printed a shipping lable and had not recieved the package. Vapor whale showed mr there records saying it had shipped(not an official reciept from postnl) so now im kinda just wondering whats going on and very disapointed they still use this company knowing it has severe tracking issues. Now that said they have responded to every mail in a timely manner and been fairly polite yet dont seem to understand my frustration. But language barriers make it hard. So no bad points for that. Over all price is great service is fair but shipping company is unacceptable.</span>

There are several stores in my area, so that's how I came across it. Both in the store and online, I've always gotten quality products. Gotten three mods from their stores (Kbox mini, Coolfire IV, and X-Cube II) and they staff has shown me the ins and outs of all of them. Haven't had any real problems with them either. Kbox was a pain sometimes, but it was never hard to fix. Their juices are also amazing. They make all of their own and they're extremely high quality. Plus they taste great too. If you live near one, be sure to check out the store. If not, I'd highly recommend ordering some of their juices online.</span>

<p>Probably the best customer service I have had in a long time. When I received my box this last month one of the bottles had a faulty safety cap which then caused it to leak red eliquid all over every bottle in the box. I called and explained this to Chris at zamplebox and told him I don't feel comfortable vaping a product that has been open prior to me getting it and has now contaminated the other bottle. He immediately resent my entire order no questions asked!!!! 	So, I've been buying e-juice from bulkejuice.com for a little while. I've bought three 4gram bottles over the past 3 months. First it was cinnamon crunch which tasted more like maple syrup. The bottle was almost entirely full when it slipped out my pocket somewhere and was lost forever. Good riddance though. Then I bought apple jax. Also tasted like maple syrup and had a leaky bottle.

	Then finally I went with something simple: cinnamon. How could they get this wrong? I just wanted something cinnamony. Well, this time around it seems they filled the 4gram bottle over halfway with water. It was supposed to be 30PG/70VG with 6mg of nicotine but it seems to be even less viscous than 100% PG. The contents also don't even seem to mix. It's like water and oil. It costed $28.50 for a bottle of this, shipping included.
</p>

<p>
	So, is there something I don't know that I should?
</p>

<p>
	Is this much water common practice or foul practice and what will happen to my lungs if I continue to smoke this (though I will not)? It actually stung my throat in a way very different than high nicotine levels would.
</p>

	I called in and messaged them asking for a refund and I suggest you guys spread the word about these guys.

	P.S. Could someone please direct me to a website where I can order cinnamon flavored e-juice at around 6mg in bulk? I would really appreciate it. It seems like every vendor is trying to make these fancy mixed flavors but I just want something simple like grape or cinnamon alone.

I mixed a small bottle at 6mg and it still had the smell. So I add my flavors and try it and it tasted just like it smelled even at 1mg. I've tried contacting eliquidmart.com through their website but they aren't replying. After a month of no replies I dumped it and ordered from a different vendor and all is well.

The tank (doesn't matter which coil you use) not only runs hot (even at low wattage/temperatures) but the heat spreads to the box mod (I tried several) and causes the outside of the mod to get too hot to handle. <p>Some time ago Rixter did a review on Vaping.Watch's "Clockwerks Custard" juice. I decided to give it a try because he made it sound so good (Rixter has a way of doing that). Ordered a 30 ml bottle at 6 mg nic. It comes in a square glass bottle with a separate dripper cap. I ordered a second dripper cap just in case.</p><p>When the priority box came, it was in a plastic bag that USPS put it in because the box was smashed flat and the cardboard was all wet and dripping.</p><p>I took pictures immediately before opening it and found the glass bottle smashed to smithereens. Went to their website and contacted them with the pictures. Watch, the owner, got back to me apologizing all over the place. All I wanted was an apology and a replacement for the juice. He asked about the dripper caps and I told him that one was fine, I'd need a replacement for the other.</p><p>He sent me two 30 ml bottles "for my inconvenience" and a new dripper cap priority mail wrapped like a mummy in bubble wrap.  <img title=":D" alt=":D" src="https://www.vaportalk.com/forum/uploads/emoticons/default_biggrin.png"></p><p>Fast forward to this week. I reordered some more Clockwerks Custard (because it really is <em>that </em>good and a great mixer with other juices). I also ordered a couple more dripper caps because I found that the one I thought was okay... wasn't.</p><p>Got the order in the other day.</p><p>They changed to round bottles and the dripper cap was for the smaller round bottles and wouldn't fit the second square bottle that Watch had sent before.  <img title=":(" alt=":(" src="https://www.vaportalk.com/forum/uploads/emoticons/default_sad.png"></p><p>I contacted them again. This time, Wrecker75 answered (gotta love their names!). All I asked was how could I order the dripper caps to fit the square bottles?</p><p>He sent me two for free.</p><p>The customer service I've gotten from this company and the people who work there has been outstanding! I couldn't ask for better. The juice is amazing... I must try some more of their flavors.</p><p>Thanks to Rixter for bringing this small company to my attention. I will be ordering more from them. VaporSeller accidentally sent me two. The first package was from them and less than a week later (this Monday) I received a second from somebody named Kim A. I was out of town when the second one arrived and since I have no idea who Kim A. is I wasn't going to have my husband return it until I got back home and could figure out who/where it was from and why I'd gotten it. Today (Thursday) when I got back into town and my cell service came back up I saw that I'd gotten a call from VaporSeller on Wednesday. I was left a voicemail stating that if I don't return it in the next day or two they will <em><u>call the police. </u></em></p>

<p>Yes, you read that right. They accidentally sent me two and instead of just asking me to return the second one or pay for it they have threatened me with police action for theft.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>If I'd had <strong><u><em>any</em></u></strong> idea that this is the way they choose to do business I'd have gladly paid the extra money to get it from somewhere else. The vape (Da Buddha) is great but the $50 I saved was definitely not worth the frustration, drama, and anger.</p>

Specifically, on March 16, 2015, we discovered unauthorized code on the website and, although the code was encrypted, we believe that this code may have been used to obtain customer data as customers entered the information into the site's shopping cart while making a purchase on the website. This data could include customer name, physical address, email address, telephone number, credit card number, expiration date and card verification value ("CVV") number, if provided by the customer while placing an order with MFS through the website during the time period mentioned above. As soon as this code was discovered, MFS removed the code and began immediate efforts to restore the security of the website, secure customer information and determine the scope of the unauthorized access and how it occurred. We also retained the services of a nationally recognized cyber security firm and engaged in enhancements to the security of our website. MFS does not retain full credit card numbers or CVV numbers of our customers. Further, although MFS' website uses encrypted SSL links with customers and although MFS' card processor gateway during this period also was encrypted, MFS has changed its process for taking orders online and has moved to an enhanced system to protect customer information.</p>

I offered to send her a couple of the replacement coils so she could examine them for herself.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;">This is when she began to ignore me and when she finally did respond after multiple attempts at resolution she said this was impossible because they came from the same supplier.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;">She admitted to making a mistake in the threading of the Vision Spinner 3 batteries by using another last minute supplier, but they will connect to her copies of the iclear30s but not once the replacement coils are inserted and this is when the leaks begin.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;">Its not like I can order from another supplier because her specs are different from the authentic product. This renders $1000 of product ordered from her good foe one time use only as the coil cannot be replaced by another supplier and be expected to fit. I spent over $2000 with this company and the aftercare was good until there was a real problem.</span></p>

<p>Not sure if my order was "simple", or if they are getting their act together, but the order I placed on 1/9 is shipping today (only took 7 days, instead of their usual 12-15, lol).</p>

<p>Now to wait another week for grandma to hand it off to the carrier pigeon who will fly it to the Philippines, where it will be handed off to sea-turtles, who will then deliver the package to South America via Panama Canal.  The last leg of the journey should be quick, as I hear Juan has a new pack-mule and should be able to reach the US border by sometime this summer <img src="https://www.vaportalk.com/forum/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png" alt=":)"></p>

<p>Just ordered a couple of evod mega starter kits from origin vapes. before I did I sent a couple of questions via e-mail to the site at like 8 or 9 pm to my surprise they were answered within minutes. I placed the order Tuesday late night and they were in my mailbox Friday. To me that is amazing service, processed and shipped Wednesday morning and in my box by Friday I couldn't be happier with service.</p>
<p>One more thing my receipt that came with my package had a hand written personalized thank you message signed by  them. While this only took them a second to do it impressed me very much. </p>
