I order this unit from e Smokey Treats and it’s never worked. I’m not use it was the USB cord or the battery. Being a first time e-cig user, it was a nightmare to get this with excitement and not able to use it. I left several messages and sent e Smokey treats a email. So far no customer service to resolve this matter. unhappy first time user.
hmmm they’ve been around for some time. Not sure why they wouldn’t answer. I would perhaps suggest writing a review on our forum and using another supplier
