This is CRAZY!!

Just got 10 wraps on my second try and it's reading 2.0. I'm really happy with that. I'm wishing I had spring tweezers right now! My fingers hurt :/

I'm wrapping them around an eyeglass screwdriver. Than I put them between tweezers to tighten and burn them. Then I thread the screw drive back threw and use it to place the coil while I put the head back together.

Thanks. I'll try that next time. For now I'll just adjust my voltage until I run out of my 10 ft of 30g. I saw a guy on YouTube reach 2.0 with 28 so I figured 30 would be good. He was a pro though lol

I did two new things today! I got my vamo v5 in the mail today and started vaping it! Still getting used to it. It's my first mod. So far so good. I also got some 30 gauge kanthal and 100% organic cotton in the mail and rebuilt my first kanger coil! It his great but it's a little lower ohm than I'm used to. I started out with 12 wraps but it wouldn't fit between the metal so I took it down to 8. It's at 1.6 ohms which isn't to bad for a first try I guess. I wanted more like 2.2. Practice makes perfect. I'm going to try to rebuild 3 more.

Ok, so being from New England, did it take you a few seconds to figure out when people were saying welcome to VT they didn't mean Vermont? I was so confused the first time I saw it lol

I had the same problem for the first couple of months, mostly the throat irritation and sinus issues. I was determined to not go back to analogs. I took a benedril on the bad days and one day it just stopped. Hang in there.

My son was 3 when I made the switch. For too long he was complaining about not being able to come in the kitchen with me because I was smoking. He would say "I know mommy, I can't sit on your lap because you're having a bad cigarette". Now I don't have to worry about finishing my cigarette when my son wants my attention. I just put my ecig down. I don't run out of breath as easily while playing and I never need a cigarette break or have to worry if I'm blowing a cloud of chemicals in my poor kid's face. Of all the reasons I love vaping, my son is the best reason.

I took one drag off my aunt's analog a month ago. I couldn't imagine going for a second lol They are so nasty!
