Get a masonry bit and you may be able to drill it out well actually buy several because you'll wear them out quickly. Probably not worth the effort though.

I will say Chantix did work for me quitting twice. First time I stayed off them for two years and second time over a year. No real bad side effects other than weird dreams. Luke
