My Father

    My Stepmother, Claire, and my Father, John Kelly. My dad was a detective with the NYPD for 25 years. When he retired he moved to upstate N.Y. and became a Sheriffs Investigator, then Mayor of the town he lived in. My Mom died when I was 7, and Dad married Claire 2 years later. Unlike the stereotypical "Stepmothers", Claire was a Godsend to our family.
